Robert Malone Speaks of US Chemical Weapons Program to UK Parliament

At Parliament in the United Kingdom on December 4, 2023, Robert Malone made a reference to “binary weapons.”

I have struggled with what language to use to describe Robert Malone’s reference. While Malone did not state that he has been involved in a clandestine chemical weapons program in the US, given the context of what I have already reported, I find his statements quite noteworthy.

And now, from his own transcript at the UK Parliament, here is Malone’s reference to binary weapons (I am assuming that his use “binary weapons” refers to binary chemcial weapons).

Dr. Robert Malone:       There is an unmet need for a rapid response capability to allow a global capacity to mitigate the risks of emerging infectious disease and engineered pathogens. That is a valid concern. The technology has developed to the state where almost anyone with an undergraduate degree in biology can weaponize pathogens. We know, here in the United States, speaking as somebody with DoD security clearance in the bio-industrial complex area, that the binary weapons that were developed by US military for deployment, as a countermeasure against the threat of a USSR tank blitzkreig, can currently be readily reproduced by virtually any biologist in their garage.

So, there is a valid threat. There is an unmet need. Ostensibly, this technology was advanced – that is this mRNA, or modified messenger ribonucleic acid-based gene therapy vaccination technology, was advanced on short notice because there is an unmet need for a platform technology that would allow a rapid response capability. That's the justification.

Malone’s remarks seem to be an oddly specific and out-of-place reference to a chemical weapons program in the context of what I suppose people were expecting to hear about at the “Democracy, Truth and Freedom” event related to vaccine adverse events and government lies and so forth.

The USSR dissolved on December 8, 1991. I think Malone was trying to wrap his involvment in a chemical weapons program in the most Patriotic clothes he could. What better than the US-USSR Cold War complete with a hypothetical tank blitzkreig.

After speaking of the Cold War, he used his time to press that there was a great demand for mRNA in response to biological or chemical warfare. The need was because anyone could make these types of chemical weapons.

It’s not the first time that Malone has said something like this. On October 22, 2022, Malone was asked about why there was such a big push for mRNA vaccines.

Bright Light News: (5:01) “…we’re seeing this massive push now for mRNA vaccine technology to be spread throughout the vaccine world, through different viruses and whatnot.   Can you speak to this push a little bit?”

Robert Malone: Yes so I think it’s a paradox to try to wrap your head around why this push. And there’s a lot of explanations. And a lot of hypotheses. And it’s easy to go dark. It’s easy to imagine that this fits into a depopulation agenda. And I’m not saying it doesn’t. I can’t prove that it does or doesn’t.

“But I do know that there is an unmet need for development of capabilities that will allow rapid responses to engineered and emerging pathogens.”

Malone also acknowledge for the first time in public (that I’ve seen) his “Secret Clearance” with the Department of Defense: “speaking as somebody with DoD security clearance in the bio-industrial complex area…” I’ve mentioned it several times: MAY 27, 2023, OCT 3, 2023, OCT 14, 2023.

Malone did not mention that he was also an “expert witness … with extensive training from some of the top attorneys/law firms in the USA.” Maybe that’s going a little too far for him.

And what does all this have to do with the Pandemic, you ask? Good question, one I think his colleagues should ask him to answer.

Robert Malone led the DOMANE program, which identified “countermeasures” to an unconfirmed bioweapon. It has been the Deparment of Defense’s use of countermeasures under Emergency Powers that have proven to be deadly.
