Breaking March 25: NIH makes Illegal Redactions to Judicial Watch FOIA request to shield Anthony Fauci and EcoHealth Alliance from Criminal Prosecutions.
Documents released today by Judicial Watch
First, briefly, I’d like to talk about what redactions are allowed under the National Security Act of 1947. I’m going from memory, because the last times I’ve searched or it, I couldn’t even find a copy of the original 1947 Act that Congress passed. When Acts of Congress are getting scarce, you know we have a problem.
The National Security Act of 1947 reorganized the Department of Defense and created the Central Intelligence Agency. It also allowed for evidence to be shielded from release to the public under two conditions.
1. If the information revealed the identity of a covert intelligence officer. Makes sense. 2. If the information embarrassed the United States while diplomats were involved in some sort of treaty negotiations. That does not make sense. It grants members of government the right to commit crimes as long as they are sufficiently bad and embarrassing, and of course that’s what they’ve done ever since. (“Diplomats” are Globalist criminals. They are exempt from prosecution. They can carry any form of contraband in the world in a diplomatic pouch. Don’t get me started on some examples. It’s insane. I digress.)
Subsequent to the National Security Act of 1947, the Executive branch has declared that many other things fall under the umbrella of “National Security.” The name itself is misleading. There is no legal way to redact anything under “National Security.” It’s a term the Executive branch made up. They’ve made numerous revisions to the National Security Act via Executive Orders, declaring that all sorts of other things fall under the 1947 Act. None of them are Constitutional. The Executive branch cannot grant itself more powers than Congress ever intended or specifically granted to them. That is not allowed under our Constitution.
So that preamble out of the way, let’s look at what the National Institute of Health just did to a FOIA request from Judicial Watch. This is blatantly criminal.
I’m sure you’re all familiar with EcoHealth Alliance, an organization that has been collecting, modifying and spreading viruses around the world. I don’t know what went on with EcoHealth and the NIH here. I guess that’s the point. How can we know? Let’s just look at this criminal insanity. First here’s the link to the documents that Judicial Watch released. Many thanks to them. Please support them. Please support me while you’re at it. I’ll take a few screenshots then comment below the screenshots.
EcoHealth Alliance is not even in the government of the United States. The NIH apparently completely redacted a letter from EcoHealth to the NIH. And it’s OVERSIGHT??? “EcoHealth oversight response.” It certainly seems that a private organization is very much involved in the oversight of Federal government. We don’t get to know how a private institute is running our government?
As background, much of the communications in this FOIA related to revoking an Emergency Use Authorization of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID. After the EUA for hydroxychloroquine was revoked, Remdesivir was quickly granted an EUA. It came to be called “remdeathivir.” Whether or not EcoHealth was involved in that decision, hard to say. Numerous well-credentialed doctors are on record stating in no uncertain terms that if zinc ionophores like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin had been the governments’s standard response to COVID, that the Pandemic as we know it would never have happened. The effort in the government to suppress “early treatments” is a mass homicide conspiracy. So obviously everyone involved in that decision is trying to cover their tracks. Let’s look at some more criminal efforts to hide EcoHealth’s involvement in this.
Option 1c. Wonder what Option 1c was? The “EcoHealth Alliance narrative?”
You get the point. I’m not trying to play Sherlock Holmes here and figure out what the hell is going on by breaking down little snippets of information like other people do with these types of FOIAs. There are pages and pages completely redacted in this FOIA. “We the People” deserve and are entitled under the law to see every word, every letter, every punctuation of this FOIA. So let’s start from the start.
The people who made these redactions are criminals. They have names. They should be prosecuted and imprisoned. Let’s start with the one who signed her/his name to the illegal FOIA censorship. Gorka Garcia-Malene, I accuse you of committing crimes against the United States and its citizens.
