"Do it yourself" model of Justice advances as a report on Hunter Biden's Laptop is sent to Congress
On October 19, 2022, the nonprofit group Marco Polo reported that they had finished a report on the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop and sent it to every member of Congress. The report is available here.
Marco Polo: For the past thirteen months, Marco Polo—a nonprofit research group comprised of six men from across the U.S. dedicated to exposing corruption and blackmail—has been writing a comprehensive Report on the Biden Laptop and the crimes thereon. Our motives and budget were transparent; thousands of Americans financed its production. We neither sought nor received any institutional/corporate backing. We were delayed for various reasons, but finished the dossier for 35k under budget.
At long last, the Report is complete. It has been sent to members of the U.S. House & U.S. Senate, U.S. attorneys for the jurisdictions in which the Bidens and their associates committed crimes, state and local law enforcement, and—for good measure—every contact on the Biden Laptop, which includes everyone from Hunter’s classmates at Archmere Academy to a sizable portion of the current White House staff.
It is simple but dense: 630 pages. 2,020 footnotes. Broken up neatly into seven sections with the biggest focus being Business-Related Crimes. We believe that it is the deepest digital colonoscopy ever performed on a sitting U.S. first family.
It's good to see the party of Ronald Reagan realizing once again that government doesn't work and that they have to do things for themselves if they want them to get done.
Although I'm still a registered Democrat myself, I'm so disgusted with both parties and Washington D.C. in general that I can't see my way to vote for anyone until the impasse of investigating, prosecuting, and punishing politicians is finally broken. I predict that if that dam ever breaks you will be astonished by the scope of it in both parties.
Hunter Biden is a good start.
I'd like to talk briefly about why the FBI doesn't do the job they swear an Oath to do, because a lot of people seem to think it is all about politics. It’s actually an old criminal scam that allows organized crime to control our government no matter who you vote for. First the Oath of the FBI:
“I [name] do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
Two reasons they don’t do their job: 1. "National Security." 2. "Executive Privilege."
The principle of "National Security" stems from the National Security Act of 1947. (An original 1947 Act of Congress is proving difficult to find, because I would reference it if I could find one). The 1947 National Security Act created the Central Intelligence Agency. Under this Act, there were a few instances where the government could censor information from the public. One was the identity of covert agents, which makes sense. Another was to protect information that could put the United States in a compromised situation in international treaty negotiations. This created a loophole by which the CIA could commit crimes and conceal them. As long as the CIA’s crimes were sufficiently embarrassing to the United States, they could conceal them. This principle has been widened to an absurd extent in subsequent decades. All organized crime in the United States is managed and coordinated by the CIA. Multiple Executive Orders over the years have added to the false and unconstitutional legal basis for the CIA's concealment of evidence of their crimes. Executive Orders have no legal authority because the power to create Law is delegated to Congress by the Constitution of the United States. Nevertheless, as a practical matter, by controlling the Department of Justice, and all evidence related to their crimes, the CIA controls the means to conceal their crimes. Most all information that is blocked under "National Security" can be interpreted as evidence of how the CIA has harmed the National Security of the Unites States (such as the terrorist events of September 11, 2001, for example).
The concept of "Executive Privilege" was created by the Supreme Court in US v Nixon, 1974. The Supreme Court granted the President the "privilege" of being above the law, under the concept that embarrassing the President put the United States in a compromised position and limited his ability to perform his job effectively. Gerald Ford, the President at the time, was a rapist of victims of the CIA's "MK Ultra" program. MK Ultra was being investigated by Congress. Because exposing the rape of Cathy O'Brien by Gerald Ford, and all of the other other rapes of MK Ultra victims by politicians, as contained in the documents of the Democratic Party at the Watergate Hotel in Washington D.C., would embarrass the rapist President and limit his ability to perform his job duties, after the US v Nixon verdict, the President was allowed to refuse to provide evidence to Congress on the CIA’s MK Ultra program. Dick Cheney, another rapist of MK Ultra victims, was brought into the White House to liaison with Congress on this new “executive privilege” information concealing technique. I have reported most of the basic facts here.
So it's rather easy for me to see how the FBI has been prevented from investigating a President's son who has engaged in perhaps some of the most blatant and embarrassing crimes in the history of the United States. He seems to have been driven to document his crimes on video and in text messages and email.
As good fortune would have it though, someone who may or may not have been Hunter Biden took a waterlogged computer to a legally blind computer repairman. Hunter never picked it up, and the computer repairman called the FBI based on the information he had seen while repairing the computer.
The FBI naturally dragged their feet, prompting citizens to take action into their own hands, and send the report directly to Congress, bypassing the Department of Justice.
Let’s see what they do with it.
Charles Wright
Did he become legally blind before or after watching the pics of Hunter?
Jokes aside, what do you mean by not finding the original NS-Act legislation?
Do you mean this? https://govtrackus.s3.amazonaws.com/legislink/pdf/stat/61/STATUTE-61-Pg495.pdf
National Security Act 1947: "The director of the Central Intelligence Agency shall receive compensation at the rate of $14,000 a year"
I have an idea! let's have government salaries NEVER get adjusted for inflation!
