Yesterday I published an article which postulated that SARS2 was created as a WMD, under the premise that they were testing a vaccine or medicine (most likely Remdesivir) against the WMD, which is the only way you can create a biological weapon under the biological weapons convention.
In this article, I went into the history of failed tests of Remdesivir, beginning in 2009 with Hepatitis C testing, and moving forward to Ebola testing in 2018-2019. Along the way, between the Hepatitis C and Ebola tests, there were publications that claimed that Remdesivir had potential as a treatment against SARS/MERS-like viruses. They weren’t specific. I didn’t understand where that optimism came from, and I just skipped over it.
Yesterday, Paracelsus Subscriptions published an article on Remdesivir as well. This article had an original document on where the optimism for Remdesivir as a treatment for SARS/MERS originated. This is an important document. More on the document below the article from Paracelsus.
The document I am referring to is titled: Antiviral Compound Provides Full Protection from Ebola Virus in Nonhuman Primates. (The “antiviral compound” referred to here is Remdesivir, or GS (Gilead Sciences)-5734).
This press release from Caree Vander Linden at Fort Detrick explains that Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) funded Gilead Sciences to test Remdesivir against Lassa Virus, MERS, Marburg virus, and “multiple variants of Ebola virus.”
This increases the odds that SARS2 was created as a WMD under the premise of testing Remdesivir. If the DOD conducted tests on the effectiveness of Remdesivir against SARS/MERS like viruses, they might have done the same thing as an excuse to create a coronairus-based WMD, which is exactly what SARS2 appears to be with HIV inserted into the spike protein.
Thus far, I have been under the impression that testing of SARS2 and Remdesivir took place at Lugar Center in Georgia. Bear in mind, I’m speculating with much less information than is available on the research programs at the Wuhan Institute of Virology thanks to some major Freedom of Information requests and leaks of government documents.
I laid out the links between Lugar Center, Fauci, and Gilead Sciences yesterday. None of that is definitive. I’m not sure of anything right now. I’m connecting dots, a limited amount of dots, and every time I get another dot the picture looks different. That’s the way it is. I’m publishing my thoughts as I go. So let’s talk about how the picture changed a bit once I found a new dot.
Let’s look a bit closer at the testing of Remdesivir on SARS, MERS, Ebola, etc in the press release from Caree Vander Linden at Fort Detrick. This release says “Research on Ebola virus is conducted in Biosafety Level 4 laboratories. … USAMRIID is the only organization in the Department of Defense with Biosafety Level 4 capabilities.”
I’m not sure about this, but I think they are referring to Fort Detrick here. First of all, the press release appears to come from Fort Detrick. Fort Detrick is one of 4 BSL-4 labs in the US. Fauci’s NIAID says “There are currently only four operational BSL-4 laboratory suites in the United States: at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta; at the United States Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland; at the Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research in San Antonio, Texas; and at the University of Texas at Galveston.”
Further, the NIAID referenced a study that referenced Fort Detrick’s acquisition of Ebola for testing: “Using Ebola virus sequences provided by organisations in DR Congo and a reverse genetics system, we generated an authentic Ebola virus from the ongoing outbreak in Ituri and North Kivu provinces. … Despite security concerns in the area, scientists with the Institut National de Recherche Biomédicale (INRB; Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo) and the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID; Fort Detrick, MD, USA) established a sequencing facility in DR Congo in May, 2018.”
So it’s somewhat save to assume that the DTRA funded testing of Remdesivir against Ebola, MERS, etc at Fort Detrick. If you know of another BSL-4 lab in the US that was involved in testing Ebola or Remdesivir, please include it in the comments section.
And here’s where it gets interesting. In the summer of 2019, research at Fort Detrick was shut down. Why?
New York Times: Safety concerns at a prominent military germ lab have led the government to shut down research involving dangerous microbes like the Ebola virus.
“Research is currently on hold,” the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, in Fort Detrick, Md., said in a statement on Friday. The shutdown is likely to last months, Caree Vander Linden, a spokeswoman, said in an interview.
The statement said the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention decided to issue a “cease and desist order” last month to halt the research at Fort Detrick because the center did not have “sufficient systems in place to decontaminate wastewater” from its highest-security labs.
In other words, there is a possibility that Fort Detrick has released dangerous pathogens from in its wastewater.
China has been making claims that SARS2 came to China when the US military visited Wuhan in October 15, 2019. According to China, somehow, some members of the US military could have been infected. China has never elaborated much on how the “military” was infected.
You can read some about that here, at the New York Times again, conveniently. I don’t trust the New York Times or China. I “fact-checked” this theory back in October 2021, and didn’t find much substance. I didn’t publish anything. But here is a link to the information that I was considering but never published.
But the virus had to get started in the Huanan Seafood Market somehow. Since it was a manmade virus, it had to come from a lab. Which lab, I don’t know. Let’s just say there are 3 main suspects: Wuhan Institute of Virology, Lugar Center in Georgia, and Fort Detrick.
Because Fort Detrick was testing Remdesivir, and because EcoHealth had a grant to create a WMD, that is enough substance for me to now consider Fort Detrick to be a suspect lab in the creation of SARS2.
If the US government would disclose all the information on the WMD was that was authorized to be created in Project Grant HDTRA1170064, that could go a long way towards explaining things.
What was the WMD? Where was the WMD tested? What vaccine or medicine was tested against the WMD?
Why am I connecting dots on this? Why are the media and scientists ignoring this?
Imagine for a second that the Intercept had not released a FOIA request of “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence” (at Wuhan). Imagine if they had made an FOIA request and released Understanding the Risk of Bat-Borne Zoonotic Disease Emergence in Western Asia? (at Lugar Center).
Then we would have the media and scientists speculating on Lugar Center and ignoring Wuhan and Fort Detrick. This is called selection bias. Let me ask you a question.
How many of you trust the media and scientists to tell you the truth and do unbiased research?
I am going to start a “Go Fund Me” to do some FOIA requests on labs like Fort Detrick and Lugar Center. I ask that you please support me on that. You know how it goes. You have to file suit after the FOIA request. That costs money and takes lawyers who understand FOIA.
If Tom Fitton at Judicial Watch and Gary Ruskin at US Right to Know want to do those FOIA requests first, great. Let me know.

The manner in which the Chinese are reacting, and the idea it was made by Fauci for the US Military research, investigate if this bioweapon has an Asian component to it.
