The first part of the interview concerns the details of the homicide of Danielle Alvarez at Northwell Health, a very emotional topic for her mother Rebecca.
Around the 50 minute mark, Rebecca began to explain things about Northwell Health and Michael Dowling to Naomi.
She explained to Naomi that the CDC PCR tests were coming back negative to New York before New York was allowed to conduct their own PCR testing.
