Open Letter to Brad Wenstrup, Chairman, Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, on Nursing Homes Deaths in New York.

To the Honorable Brad Robert Wenstrup,

Chairman, House Oversight Select Subcomitte of the Coronavirus Pandemic:

I write to you today to criticize the conclusions of your House Oversight Committee, Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic of September 10, 2024, where you called former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to testify.

You said that your Committee reviewed over half a million documents and that you wanted the public to see your work. I was disappointed to find that your staff did not review any publicly-available information from press releases from the state of New York which clearly document that COVID PCR tests developed by the state of New York preceded COVID deaths in New York.

The conclusions that your Committee reached were essentially that by allowing nursing home residents in New York to be readmitted to nursing homes after testing positive for “COVID,” based on a March 25 2020 directive by the New York Department of Health, the alleged virus spread in the nursing homes, causing death.

Mr. Chairman, based on information that I have developed independently of your Subcommitte, I am certain that you have reached a false conclusion. It is extremely clear that medical protocols caused the deaths in nursing homes, not a virus. The PCR test developed by the state of New York was used an excuse to commit large-scale homicide, a crime for which Governor Cuomo should be criminally indicted.

I suggest that your Committee reconvene and call Andrew Cuomo to testify again on the following points.

Why the state of New York found it necessary to develop and implement their own “COVID” PCR test when the CDC of the United States returned 100% negative results to the state of New York between January 24 and February 10, 2024. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).

Why the state of New York abruptly stop making press releases on February 10, 2020, and did not resume with press releases until February 26, 2020, after the appointment of Mike Pence to lead the White House Coronavirus Task Force. (9, 10).

Why Governor Cuomo reported that he found it necessary to ask the “federal government” to allow New York to conduct their own PCR tests on February 26, 2020, and why Governor Cuomo reported on February 29, 2020 that he personally lobbied Mike Pence of the White House Coronavirus Task Force to allow New York to develop its own PCR test when there were zero “COVID” cases in New York at the time. (11, 12).

Why New York’s “COVID” PCR test on March 01, 2020 immediately returned a positive “COVID” result as opposed to the previously-used CDC “COVID” PCR test which returned 100% negative results to New York. (13).

Why the state of New York opened 2 Emergency Operations Center Outposts in Westchester County on March 05, 2024 and began testing the elderly at high rates. (15).

Why Governor Cuomo declared a State of Emergency on March 07, 2024, developed new protocols for nursing homes, began conducting large-scale PCR testing in nursing homes, and why deaths followed the positive “COVID” PCR tests in nursing homes in New York. (16).

I suggest that you call officials of the CDC and the state of New York to testify on the difference between the CDC PCR test and the state of New York PCR test.

And most importantly, Mr. Chairman, I humbly ask you to investigate the actual causes of death in nursing homes. The deaths in nursing homes were very likely due to the same reported methods used to kill patients in hospitals in New York with ventilators and drugs. On April 6, 2020, Northwell Health CEO Michael Dowling reported that there was about a 20% chance that a person would survive if they went on a ventilator. (18). On December 08, 2020, Dr. Pierre Kory testified to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs that his “COVID” patients were ventilated, sedated, and tranquilized, and that they died at very high rates, presumably at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York in April and May 2020. (19).

Further, If you wish to understand the nursing home death event in the state of Washington which preceded the one in New York, I suggest that you call Dr. Michael Callahan to testify on the correlation between ventilator rates and death rates, and whether the use of ventilators in fact were the primary causes of death at the following locations: Hong Kong, 2003 (SARS1), (20); Wuhan Central Hospital, January 2020 (21); and nursing homes on the East Coast and West Coast of the United States in early 2020 (22).
