Representative Thomas Massie Claims Constitutional Supremacy of Congress over the President in who has Authority to Conduct Acts of War

As the World braces for Nuclear War

The webpage of the Senate of the United States states: “Written in 1787, ratified in 1788, and in operation since 1789, the United States Constitution is the world’s longest surviving written charter of government. Its first three words – “We The People” – affirm that the government of the United States exists to serve its citizens. The supremacy of the people through their elected representatives is recognized in Article I, which creates a Congress consisting of a Senate and a House of Representatives. The positioning of Congress at the beginning of the Constitution affirms its status as the “First Branch” of the federal government.”

Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States states that The Congress shall have Power … To declare War.”

Representative Thomas Massie, R-Kentucky, is claiming the supremacy of Congress to conduct “Acts of War” as President Donald Trump threatens to conduct an Act of War against Iran without the consent of Congress.

The International Criminal Court sought arrest warrants against Benjamin Netanyahu for War Crimes on May 20, 2024.

Representative Massie was the only member of the Republican Party to boycott the speech of Benjamin Netanyahu to Congress on July 24, 2024.

In his speech to Congress, Netanyahu spoke of the use of nuclear weapons in American cities.

Netanyahu: “And one more thing. When Israel acts to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons, nuclear weapons that could destroy Israel and threaten every American city, every city that you come from, we’re not only protecting ourselves. We’re protecting you.”

Israel is a nation that has long conducted false-flag terrorist attacks and Acts of War against the United States. Israel attacked the USS Liberty in a plot to use nuclear weapons against Egypt, coordinated with President Lyndon Baines Johnson, in 1967. Matthew Tower of Truth Tower reported the story.

A spy ship, very lightly armed, but bristling with antennae, steams into the Mediterranean to eavesdrop on the conflict. Throughout the attack, the ship flies the Stars and Stripes, the flag of the United States of America. Its name the USS Liberty is freshly painted on its stern.

If the Israelis had succeeded in sinking the ship without leaving any witnesses or survivors, Egypt would have been accused of the crime, and the United States would have been drawn into the war and sided with Israel.

In a presentation to surviving USS Liberty crewman, journalist Peter Houma reports the intended purpose of the Operation Cyanide false flag was to create an excuse and pretext to launch a joint Israeli US nuclear strike against Egypt. President Nasser of Egypt was squarely in Israel's crosshairs. Multiple countries were on a hair-trigger alert for a global nuclear war.

“What happened to you guys on June the 8th, 1967 was actually a seminal moment in world history, and yet the true story has been buried by your government, and the reason is that what happened was so shaming not just to Israel but to America too. Only by a hair did the world avoid a nuclear exchange the superpowers nearly led us into a third World War.

From late 1966 onwards there were US military personnel experts stationed in Tel Aviv helping with Operation Cyanide and planning for a forthcoming war against Egypt. In other words, it wasn't to defend Israel from an attack by Egypt; it was to promote an attack by Israel on Egypt. Their objective was to launch an invasion of Jordan, and grab territory in the West Bank, and the old city of Jerusalem which was considered historical areas of the Jews.

By the time the Liberty reached its position close to the Egyptian Coast Israel had conquered the Sanai. Its troops were close to the Suez Canal. Under the Liberty, there was a Polaris submarine. The USS Andrew Jackson had followed your ship all the way from Spain. But remember a submarine like that has only one purpose- and that is to strike against an enemy with nuclear weapons in the event of a nuclear war.

As the attack unfolded and the Sixth Fleet got a message from the Liberty that you are being attacked, instead of sending planes to your rescue, they start a Counterattack on Cairo.

Nuclear armed planes were dispatched from the USS America, a huge aircraft carrier to bomb Cairo. So these planes, launched from the USS America, reached within 3 minutes of dropping these nuclear weapons on Cairo. We know that from several sources. They were well over Egyptian territory when in order came through for them to urgently return to base.

Israel, in part through their front company Urban Moving Systems and so-called “art students,” attacked the United States on September 11, 2001, in details that are still shrouded in secrecy. A few partially-declassified FBI reports offer glimpses, but they are damning ones.

Members of Urban Moving Systems positioned themselves on a parking deck in New Jersey to photograph and videotape the first explosion in the World Trade Center. The FBI filed the grainy, cropped photos they took as “Twin Towers Bombing.”

Upon arrest, the 5 arrested Israelis told police “We are Israeli, We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems, the Palestinians are the problem.” Apparently they had also dress in Arab garb before to give the appearance that they were Muslim to any witnesses.

Urban Moving Systems was stopped with a van full of explosives on the George Washiongton Bridge. Some say they were going to blow up the bridge, but I think they were just fleeing with unused evidence. Traces of explosives were also found in the van of the arrested “Dancing Israelis” of Urban Moving Systems.

Members of Urban Moving Systems were pulled over by Pennsylvania State Police on September 10 and September 12, 2001 while traveling on a route that would take them past the site of alleged crash of Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. “Oddly,” noted to the FBI.

First responders at Shanksville were puzzled to find no debris larger than a phone book. Later, some much larger items mysteriously turned up.

A video released by the FBI shows them digging in a hole with an excavator in Shanksville- a hole that looks like it was dug with an excavator to begin with. There are no images of any large items in the video, and no bodies.

Classic International Movers, with employees of the Israel Defense Force, was used by one of the alleged Al-Qaeda “hijackers.”

After the 9/11 Commission, the location of Al-Qaeda “hijacker” cells were compared to Israel cells that had been spying on the DEA, as reported by the DEA. The cells were an exact match.

Following the speech of Netanyahu to Congress on July 24, 2024, Donald Trump hosted Netanyahu at his Maralago Estate. Trump spoke of World War 3 unless “we” were elected.

Given the history of the terrorist nation of Israel, whose motto is “By Way of Deception Thou Shalt Do War,” can there be any doubt that Israel intends to provoke a much larger event in the Middle East with false flags in whatever the response would be to an unConstitutional attack against Iran, including the use of nuclear weapons?

Representative Massie has attracted the ire of AIPAC, who ran $300,000 in attack ads against him in 2024.

Congress desperately needs to take control of Netanyahu’s, Trump’s, and Hegseth’s powers to start Wars, as is their Constitutional Duty.
