Robert Kadlec emerges from the Dark Shadows at ASPR to talk about "Muddy Waters"

It could have been this; it could have been that, it could have been a rabbit in a hat, but it definitely wasn't us, even though we didn't consider that it could have been us, and we know we did it.

Heretofore Robert Kadlec has been infamous for coining the term “Dark Winter” in a staged bioterrorism exercise in June 2001, before the October Anthrax attacks. As CIDRAP reported in 2002:

That was the situation near the end of "Dark Winter," a simulation exercise in which government and health officials were faced with an imaginary bioterrorist attack involving smallpox virus. The exercise was staged in June 2001, a few months before real bioterrorism materialized in the form of the anthrax attacks in October.

It’s a chance for the talking heads to practice their deliveries when the CIA does the real thing later on. Journalist Whitney Webb wrote about it in All Roads Lead to Dark Winter:

The name for the exercise derives from a statement made by Robert Kadlec, who participated in the script created for the exercise, when he states that the lack of smallpox vaccines for the U.S. populace means that “it could be a very dark winter for America.”

Robert Kadlec testified to Congress that he had “relationship with the CIA” since 1996.. I believe the link to the Congressional testimony was here, which has since been removed.

Kadlec’s intelligence ties run deep. Kadlec was Deputy Staff Director for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence when President Trump nominated him to be Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) on July 10, 2017.

The Dark Winter exercises seem a lot like “Event 201,” hosted by the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, Johns Hopkins, and World Economic Forum on October 18, 2019:

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences.

Kadlec crawled out of his dark shadows on June 1, 2023 to tell us about a new punchline for the latest CIA Plandemic: “Muddy Waters.”

If you read the mainstream media and the pretend independent social media, it’s all so unclear what the origins of the CIA Plandemic were. First it had “zoonotic” origins, then they pivoted to a “lab leak.” Let’s hear the CIA’s new Muddy Waters narrative from their delivery boy.

It was a task that was assigned to me on 7 June 2021. My second day back on the hill working for Senator Burr. His intent frankly with Chairman Patty Murray who was the Chairwoman for the Health Committee was to create a bipartisan investigation using only open source information to determine if possible the origins of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

That task really was focusing for 20 months, during my tenure on the hill, to look at two different hypotheses. One, whether or not the virus emerged from a zoonotic event, which was from an animal, possibly a bat, or some intermediate species such as a pangolin or a palm civet, or was this a consequence of some kind of laboratory research that was conducted in Wuhan possibly at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The approach we took was very simplistic really based on what the intelligence community uses as an approach, kind of looking at an evaluation of plausible sub-hypotheses. Is it conceivable that under each of those two larger headings, could there be reasonable or possible events that could result in a Pandemic, and conveniently we found 3 sub-hypotheses for each of those categories.

Let’s stop right here for a second. What Kadlec is describing is a way of describing both sides of a debate, both of which are false. Some people call these the “narrative and counter-narrative.” I went down the rabbit holes on each of the “two larger headings.” I have some receipts on it.

The first thing I did in 2020 was read every paper co-authored by Shi Zhengli and Peter Daszak, otherwise known as Batwoman and Batman. I think there were around 40 papers. For 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, I read about bats and coronaviruses. I went bat crazy. I followed “The Seeker”t down the MERS bat cave rabbit hole. Some of you know what I’m talking about. I found a resource online that provided many of the GPS locations and survey dates of EcoHealth. I plotted out trajectories of MERS supposed travels to China. I figured out who the “The Seeker” was. I mean I went down the rabbit hole. And I determined it was all bullshit.

How did I determine it was bullshit? Because I was following the virus seeker crowd on Twitter and helping them any way I could with research. Then I found something very interesting, which I shared with them. Something that could have shed an entirely new light on the zoonotic spillover or lab leak event, had either one of them been true. Up to this point, the reporting was like the only lab in the world with coronaviruses was Wuhan or something. And I had found where a lab in Georgia had collected their own coronaviruses under an EcoHealth project. And this just happened to be a US-controlled lab with a history of intentional lab releases that everyone from the locals to Vladimir Putin had complained about to no avail. Someone had published a Thesis on the project with some references to MERS-like coronaviruses that they had discovered in Georiga. I was thinking, hey, these could be your viruses.

Alina Chan ignored me and refused to comment. I’ve bugged her about it many times since then. Check my Twitter feed. But anyway, I lost confidence in the objectivity of the virus hunter/ lab leak crowd. Any objective researcher would demand to see the list of viruses collected by EcoHealh in Georgia. Back then, there was a theory that MERS was the closest relative to the SARS2 virus, at a 96.2% match. I said that was bullshit and stupid. I said that humans and chimpanzees had about that much of a match. Jesse Bloom followed up and said you would have to find around a 99.97% match for the “spillover” narrative to make any sense. And then the DNI settled it, and put out an updated assessment of COVID origins on Oct 29, 2021. They repeated essentially what Bloom said, that over 99% match was required, and the 96% range matches were nowhere near sufficient. And they used my chimp analogy.

The freaking DNI. I was like, that was odd. But still, the DRASTIC virus hunters/ lab leak truthers were ignoring this tranche of viruses in Georgia. They just would not entertain any conversation. I knew there was something wrong with it. But the zoonotic origin theory was dead as far as the pretend objective researchers were concerned, most of them anyway. There’s still a crown that has engaged in a staged and endless zoonotic versus lab leak debate, even though they know both theories are false. Henry Ford said you could have any color Model T you wanted as long as it was black. The CIA says you can have any theory you want as long as it's wrong.

Around this time the “Lab Leak” media blitzkreig began. I wrote more about it here. I thought it had former CIA Director Mike Pompeo’s hands all over it. Pompeo was at the State Department by then.

On August 29, 2021, Markson announced that she had interviewed President Trump concerning the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

On September 6, 2021, the Intercept released "more than 900 pages of materials related to U.S.-funded coronavirus research in China" that were legally obtained by a Freedom of Information request and a lawsuit.

On September 19, 2021, Sky News Australia aired interviews of Mike Pompeo, John Ratcliffe, and Donald Trump by Sharri Markson.

On September 20, 2021, DRASTIC released documents that were illegally leaked by an anonymous source. DRASTIC: "A big thanks to anonymous whistleblowers around the world who help to expose and confound our enemies."

So I went down the Wuhan Rabbit Hole. That 900 page Intercept report? I got to know it pretty well. I followed the journalists at Intercept, and applied for a job opening after the two journalists posted an opening. I told them I could help them break the story on Jeffrey Epstein and 9/11 Insider Trading. They weren’t interested. Then I found out that Intercept founder Glenn Greenwald had resigned from Intercept because they wouldn’t let him report on Hunter Biden’s laptop. DRASTIC? I was right there tweeting with them. It took awhile to figure they were all full of shit too, but I approached research with 100% effort until then. At the time the Intercept FOIA release dropped, I still had my head in bat caves.

You’ve probably heard this one before, but if you don’t get to the original sources of evidence and do your own analysis of them, you’re just accepting whatever lies and disinformation that reporters make about those original sources. So I get the receipts, discard any preconceived notions and the conclusions of others, and do it myself.

Anyway. Later I went down the Lab Leak Rabbit Hole. For brevity I’ll skip it. I found all the rabbits and roughed them up a little bit. Fauci did it! Did what? Risky Gain of Function Research! Then what? It spread all around the world and killed everybody! (I didn’t know enough to gaslight them on Remdesivir and ventilators like I do now).

Like I said before, I thought that the Fall 2022 Lab Leak Media Blitzkreig was all Pompeo. But with the story of Dark Winter/ Muddy Waters “investigation” now on record, beginning with the date the investigation of “open source” information began on June 7, 2021, I have to consider that Kadlec was a leaker, or source, of the Blitz.

The man who interviewed Robert Kadlec is David Asher. He was working for Pompeo at the State Department during the Plandemic. He said they “focused on China’s role in creating and covering up COVID.”

The truth is coming out for real this time, I think, I hope. I’ve followed so many rabbit holes that were dead ends that it’s hard to be sure what the truth is anymore. I have no problem calling out the CIA for what they’ve done though, if I think I’m right. We all know the mainstream media is 100% not allowed to go there. I think a lot of the rest of the objective independent social media is scared of them. All I can tell you is that Cowards die a thousand deaths, and if that’s the way you want to be, that’s your call. Lately I’ve been gaslighting Asher the Rabbit.

Let me try to wrap this up. Back to Robert Kadlec and his “Two (false) Theories.” It was easy to fall for the China/Fauci “Lab Leak” theory of guilt, because they are both very evil and very guilty to an extent. The CIA just goes to great lengths to make you believe a false theory of the guilty of their patsies which conceals the CIA’s role. They did it with al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden on 9/11.

I have a new theory that I did not initially consider until around 2022-23. The CIA was advising China how to kill its citizens with Remdesivir, ventilators, opioids, and related homicidal medical protocols in a project designed to simulate the leak of a deadly and rapidly spreading virus from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Robert Kadlec would have known about it, because he was in on it. Robert Kadlec hired Michael Callahan days after January 28, 2020. Callahan had been in China since November or December 2019, depending on what source you read. In China, Callahan was supervising treatments of COVID patients who were dying at high rates. In China, Callahan put in ventilator protocols, according to Robert Malone, and it seems highly likely that he also put in the Remdesivir protocols. Whether or not DOMANE identified Remdesivir is a matter of conjecture. Journalists Mark Kulacz and George Webb say it did, but I need to see some receipts before I accept it as a fact.

After spending time in Ground Zero of the supposed deadly virus outbreak, Kadlec sent Callahan to US cruise ships in February. Cruise ships that were supposedly infected, but were curiously “asymptomatic” even as China was reporting high COVID mortality rates. (Where is the journalism on that)? There was no need to send a man who should have been quarantined to these cruise ships just for evacuations and tests. A man under a contract to Robert Kadlec, sworn to secrecy. And no one talks about it. The false opposition crowd only reports vaccines, telling us the obvious, expecting us to think they are good people for telling us what any fool can see. They don’t tell us how the false narrative for the need of the vaccines was created in the first place, and who should hang for it.

Robert Malone subsequently acquired the SARS2 virus somehow in late February, took Famotidine to cure it, and announced his cure on LinkedIn in late February, right before a “superspreader conference” in Boston. Malone has not explained how he acquired the SARS2 virus at such an early date. I wonder if Alchem had the ability to produce the actual virus from the genetic sequence that China posted online on January 20, 2020. (A sequence which Rick Bright sought to have confirmed through blood samples, but was denied).

Then, Robert Kadlec hosted Malone and Callahan on March 18, 2020 to tell him about their supposedly independent “famotidine discovery.” According to Malone, he identified famotidine in the DOMANE system at Alchem in Florida. Callahan just happened to collect data on the use of famotidine in China, but they never talked about Famotidine with each other, according to Malone, even though Callahan called Malone from China on Jan 4 and told him to get to work at Alchem with DOMANE.

Malone and Callahan subsequently briefed Kadlec on March 18 about their supposedly-independent observations. Kadlec contracted for clinical trials with Alchem, which Robert Malone designed. The initial design was for Famotidine and Hydroxychloroquine, but was later changed to Famotidine and Remdesivir.

The story of Robert Malone’s discovery of Famotidine has been deleted from the New York Times, LinkedIn, and Malone’s website because it shows that there were communications between the US and China on COVID protocols which were exported to the United States and have subsequently come to be known as Homicide Protocols. Malone essentially said that Kadlec told him to shut up about Callahan and China.

Kadlec’s “Muddy Waters,” with it’s two major headings and all the sub-headings, doesn’t consider that Kadlec and the CIA were faking the Pandemic. This is a new major heading for journalists to consider and lots of evidence available in open source reporting.
