Trump Model Management appears to have engaged in sex trafficking of minors between 1999 and 2017. There is no statute of limitations for federal criminal charges for human trafficking.
Trump Model Management has a lengthy history of importing 14-18 year old girls as “models” under the H-1B Visa program.
Reuters: Two of his companies, Trump Model Management and Trump Management Group LLC, have sought visas for nearly 250 foreign fashion models, the records show.
The H-1B visa program applies to Department of Defense cooperative research specialists and underaged “fashion models” alike.
This nonimmigrant classification applies to people who wish to perform services in a specialty occupation, services of exceptional merit and ability relating to a Department of Defense (DOD) cooperative research and development project, or services as a fashion model of distinguished merit or ability.
3 women voiced their complaints of Trump Model Mananagement to Mother Jones in 2016.
“Anna,” using a pseudonym, said:
Trump Model Management recruited models as young as 14 (the link to the 14 year-old no longer functions and is unavailable in internet archives). “I was by far the oldest in the house at the ripe old age of 18,” … “I taught myself how to write, ‘Please clean up after yourself’ in Russian.”
Archived web pages of Trump Model Management at the bottom of this article appear to confirm the account of “Anna” that many underaged minors were in fact used by Trump Model Management.
Rachel Blais used her real name in the Mother Jones article. Blais appeared on Trump’s television show The Apprentice in 2004 when she was an illegal alien, prior to receiving a visa later in 2004.
At Mother Jones‘ request, Blais provided a detailed financial statement from Trump Model Management and a letter from an immigration lawyer who, in the fall of 2004, eventually secured a visa that would permit her to work legally in the United States. These records show a six-month gap between when she began working in the United States and when she was granted a work visa. During that time, Blais appeared on Trump’s hit reality TV show, The Apprentice, modeling outfits designed by his business protégés. As Blais walked the runway, Donald Trump looked on from the front row. …
When Blais lived in the apartment, she recalled, a Trump agency representative who served as a chaperone had a bedroom to herself on the ground floor of the building. A narrow flight of stairs led down to the basement, where the models lived in two small bedrooms that were crammed with bunk beds—two in one room, three in the other. An additional mattress was located in a common area near the stairs. At times, the apartment could be occupied by 11 or more people.
The fees charged by Trump Model Management were very high.
A detailed financial statement provided by Blais shows that Trump’s agency charged her as much as $1,600 a month for a bunk in a room she shared with five others. Kate said she paid about $1,200 a month—”highway robbery,” she called it. For comparison, in the summer of 2004, an entire studio apartment nearby was advertised at $1,375 a month.
Some of the “models” did not receive enough money from “modeling” to pay the fees.
Anna and Kate also said they each worked for Trump’s agency while holding tourist visas. “I started out doing test-shoots but ended up doing a couple of lookbooks,” Anna said. (A lookbook is a modeling portfolio.) “Nothing huge, but definitely shoots that classified as ‘work.'”
Another model, Alexia Palmer, sued Trump Model Management for claims related to RICO and violations of the minimum wage requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
ABC, 2016: During three years in the industry, the agency only found Palmer 21 days of work for which, with fees and expenses deducted, Palmer said she was paid a total of $3,880 along with some modest cash advances.
Newly-confirmed United States Attorney General Pam Bondi has declined to take legal action against Trump-owned businesses in the past, prompting Florida to begin an investigation into bribery allegations against Bondi and Trump.
In March 2016, the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics discovered that the Trump Foundation had paid then Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi $25,000 in 2013 as Attorney General Pam Bondi was considering suing Trump University and the Trump Institute.
In March 2016, CREW discovered that the Trump Foundation had broken the law by giving an illegal $25,000 contribution to a political group supporting Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Charitable foundations like the Trump Foundation are not allowed to engage in politics. Even more problematic was the fact that the contribution was given as Bondi’s office was deciding whether to take legal action related to Trump University. …

The Donald J. Trump Foundation makes a $25,000 contribution to And Justice for All, a political group backing Bondi. The donation, illegal for a 501(c)(3) private foundation to give, was personally solicited by Bondi from Trump.
Oct 15, 2013
According to documents turned over in response to a CREW public records request, OAG told reporters that “there was no consideration of whether to join [the New York lawsuit]. In light of the fact that the Attorney General’s Office received only one consumer complaint 2.5 years ago, there is no investigation at this time.”

The Tampa Bay Times reports that And Justice for All acknowledged receiving the contribution from the Trump Foundation.

Despite previously acknowledging the 22 complaints (sometimes 23 due to a duplicate record) to reporters, internal emails show that between October 17-18, 2013, OAG employees weeded out any complaint about Trump Institute and related entities to claim there was only one complaint against Trump University.

In its 2013 taxes, the Trump Foundation claims it made no donations to political entities and replaces And Justice for All with a different, similarly named group in Kansas to which they would legally be allowed to donate.
Donal Trump subsequently hosted a fundraiser for Pam Bondi at Maralago in March 2014. The fundraiser raised at least $150,000 for Bondi when Bondi was seeking re-election for Attorney General of Florida in 2014.
Not long after Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi decided not to investigate Trump University, Donald Trump hosted a fundraiser for for her, reported The Huffington Post.
The report showed the invitation to the fundraiser at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, with its minimum donation request of $3,000 per person, and a Bondi staffer told The Huffington Post that about 50 people attended, meaning Bondi picked up at least $150,000 from the March 2014 event.
At the time of Trump’s fundraiser for Bondi at Maralago in 2014, Maralago was heavily staffed with migrant workers. Reuters reported in 2015 that Maralago had imported 787 “maid, cooks, and wait staff” under the H-2B visa program between 2006 and 2015, according to the Department of Labor. The H-2B visa program is for “emporary Non-Agricultural Workers.” In order to import labor from foreign countries under the H-2B visa program, the employer must first establish that there are not enough people who are “able, willing, qualified, and available to do the temporary work.”
Reuters: The Mar-a-Lago, a luxury resort in Palm Beach, Florida, has sought the most foreign workers of the nine Trump businesses: 787 workers since 2006, according to the data.
This month, the resort filed paperwork seeking to bring in 70 foreign workers later this year on H-2B visas to serve as maids, cooks and wait staff, according to paperwork known as “job orders” published on the Labor Department's web site. …
In addition to the resort and the modeling agencies, the Trump-owned companies identified in the Reuters analysis were Jupiter Golf Club, Lamington Farm Club LLC, Trump Miami Resorts Management LLC, Trump National Golf Club LLC, Trump Payroll Chicago LLC and Trump Vineyard Estates LLC.
Bondi also attended a fundraiser held by the Church of Scientology in July during her 2014 re-election campaign.
Bondi’s rationale for accepting contributions from the controversial group? Both parties have a common interest in cracking down on human trafficking, she explained to the news media. The Church of Scientology has been investigated by the FBI for mental and physical abuse of its members, including minors, and whether it constituted human trafficking. No charges have been filed.
FBI records confirm that the FBI launched an investigation into the Church of Scientology in 2009 for human trafficking.
CREW filed a criminal bribery complaint against Donald Trump and Pam Bondi on September 13, 2016.
Florida Governor Rick Scott referred the criminal complaint to a prosecutor in southwest Florida.
The complaint filed by a Massachusetts attorney stemmed from scrutiny last year over a $25,000 campaign contribution Bondi received from Trump in 2013. Bondi asked for the donation near the same time that her office was being asked about a New York investigation of alleged fraud at Trump University.
Florida Gov. Rick Scott handed the case to a southwest Florida prosecutor after another prosecutor said he could not investigate the case because Bondi used to work him.
On April 6, 2017, Florida State Attorneys concluded that there was insufficient evidence to support bribery charges against Donald Trump or Pam Bondi.
A prosecutor working in State Attorney Stephen Russell’s office concluded that there is no reasonable suspicion that Trump or Bondi broke Florida’s bribery law
Amira Fox, the chief assistant state attorney, said in a memo about the case that the complaint against Bondi was “insufficient on its face to conduct a criminal investigation” and was based almost entirely on media coverage.
An ethics complaint was later against Amira Fox for a lenient plea deal given to a doctor who sexually assaulted 3 unconscious women. The complainant alleged that political contributions by the law firm of the doctor were a corrupting factor influencing Fox’s lenient plea deal.
A political adversary to State Attorney Amira Fox has filed a complaint with the state's commission on ethics, accusing her office of providing a lenient plea deal in a sexual battery case in exchange for political contributions.
The latest salvo between Chris Crowley and Fox focuses on a January plea deal struck with Asif Choudhury and the sentencing — 364 days in Lee County Jail, two years of community control and 10 years of sex offender probation …
Choudhury was initially charged with three counts of sexual battery against an incapacitated person, a first-degree felony punishable up to 30 years in prison for each charge.
In his complaint provided to the News-Press, Crowley suggested campaign contributions from Wilbur Smith Attorneys at Law, which represented Choudhury, influenced the plea deal and warranted a detailed investigation.
On April 10, 2017, Mother Jones received a leaked email from Trump Model Management describing that Trump Model Management would be closing.
Beginning sometime in 2017, according to the US House Committee on Ethics, Matt Gaetz, representing Florida’s first district in the US House of Representatives, began having illegal sex with a 17 year-old minor in violation of Florida’s statutory rape law.
In 2017, Representative Gaetz engaged in sexual activity with a 17-year-old girl. …
Under Florida’s statutory rape law, it is a felony for a person 24 years of age or older to engage in sexual activity with a 16- or 17-year-old. 17 A person charged with this offense may not claim ignorance or misrepresentation of the minor’s age as a defense.
In 2020, Florida’s statute of limitations for statutory rape expired for the crime committed by Matt Gaetz. Afterwards, allegations against Gaetz surfaced.
The New York Times first reported that Gaetz was under investigation for sex trafficking of a minor on March 31, 2021. Gaetz claimed on the same day that he was being extorted by a “former federal prosecutor” and that he was cooperating with the FBI into a probe of the extortion.
On April 09, 2021, the House Committee on Ethics announced that it was initiating an inquiry into the allegations against Gaetz. When the Committee released its findings on December 10, 2024, they claimed that the Department of Justice was uncooperative in their investigation.
1.12.24. “On January 12, 2024, the Committee received its first correspondence from DOJ on the matter. At that time, DOJ provided no substantive response or explanation for its delay; instead, DOJ simply stated that it “do[es] not provide non-public information about law enforcement investigations that do not result in charges.” 7 This “policy” is, however, inconsistent with DOJ’s historical conduct with respect to the Committee and its unique role in upholding the integrity of the House.” House Ethics Committee Report
“Thereafter, the Committee determined to issue a subpoena to DOJ to obtain records relating to its investigation of Representative Gaetz. DOJ did not comply with the subpoena by the date required, but suggested it remained “committed to good-faith engagement with the Committee.”9 In the spirit of cooperation, the Committee provided a list of specific responsive documents, setting out particularized demands to the subpoena. Among the particularized demands was a request for any exculpatory evidence relating to Representative Gaetz.” House Ethics Committee Report
3.13.24. “On March 13, 2024, Committee Members met with the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legislative Affairs and the Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division of DOJ. The DOJ officials again cited no legal basis for failing to comply with the subpoena. DOJ subsequently requested additional context for the Committee’s demands, which the Committee provided. After further attempts at meaningful accommodation of DOJ’s concerns about the breadth of the Committee’s request, DOJ ultimately provided publicly reported information about the testimony of a deceased individual. To date, DOJ has provided no meaningful evidence or information to the Committee or cited any lawful basis for its responses. The Committee hopes to continue to engage with DOJ on the broader issues raised by its failure to recognize the Committee’s unique mandate. As the Committee has told DOJ, the Committee and DOJ should be partners in their shared mission of upholding the integrity of our government institutions.” House Ethics Committee Report
Despite the public allegations against Matt Gaetz and the public investigation by the House Ethics Committee, Donald Trump nominated Matt Gaetz for the Attorney General of the United States on November 13, 2024.
11.13.24. President-elect Trump on Wednesday announced Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., as his pick for attorney general — an unexpected pick that took many, including fellow House Republicans, by surprise. …. Rep. Michael Guest, R-Miss., who chairs the House Ethics Committee, told Fox News Digital that their investigation would cease as soon as Gaetz leaves the House. "Once a member is no longer a member of Congress, then Ethics has no jurisdiction," he said. FOX
The following day, November 14, 2024, Matt Gaetz resigned from the US House of Representatives, and the House Ethics Committee investigation ended.
11.14.24. On November 14, 2024, Representative Gaetz resigned from the House, after the President Elect announced his intention to nominate Representative Gaetz for the position of United States Attorney General. As a result of Representative Gaetz’s resignation, the Committee lost jurisdiction to continue its investigation. Representative Gaetz subsequently withdrew from consideration for the position of Attorney General; at this time, he has not announced any intent to seek higher office or return to Congress. Matt Gaetz withdrew himself from consideration for the Attorney General of the United States on November 21, 2024.
11.21.24. Matt Gaetz, the former Florida representative and Trump nominee for attorney general, on Thursday announced that he is withdrawing as Trump's pick for the top prosecutor, citing what he described as the "distraction" his nomination had caused due to a swirl of allegations about paying underage women for sex. FOX
Donald Trump immediately selected Pam Bondi to replace Matt Gaetz on November 21, 2024.
President-elect Trump announced Thursday evening that he's nominating former attorney general of Florida Pam Bondi as the next attorney general of the United States. …
"Pam was a prosecutor for nearly 20 years, where she was very tough on Violent Criminals, and made the streets safe for Florida Families," Trump wrote in his announcement. FOX
Pam Bondi served as Attorney General of Florida from January 04, 2011 through January 08, 2019. This period of service followed the notorious “sweetheart deal” for human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein in the state of Florida.
Donald Trump and Jeffrey Esptein were very close associates in Palm Beach, Florida. Trump and Epstein had residences close to each other and each frequently visited the residence of the other. Trump and Epstein also maintained properties in New York and traveled together to and from Florida and New York.
Lawsuits were filed in 2015 and 2016 by a woman who claimed that she was forcibly tied and raped by both Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump in New York. Ultimately the state of New York filed human trafficking charges against Jeffrey Epstein in 2019 and Ghislaine Maxwell in 2020 after a judge ruled that Epstein’s negotiated “sweetheart deal” between the FBI, DOJ, and the state of Florida was illegal because it violated provisions in the Crime Victims Reporting Act (CVRA).
Donald Trump nominated Alex Acosta to be lead the US Department of Labor on February 16, 2017. Alex Acosta was a major player in Epstein’s “sweetheart deal” when he was US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. On July 12, 2019, Acosta resigned as Secretary of Labor under pressure for his role in the coverup of Jeffrey Esptein’s human trafficking of minors in Florida. More information on the coverups of Jeffrey Epstein’s human trafficking is available in the article below.

This research effort originally began as an effort to summarize what exactly is wrong with the appointment of Bruce Reinhart to be a Magistrate Judge in the US District of South Florida. There is nothing that I can find that prevents Reinhart from holding this position. Reinhart's selection as a judge, however, reeks of political corruption of the legal…
The name of the 17 year-old minor that prompted the DOJ and House Ethics Committee investigations of Matt Gaetz has not been released to the public. Due to the confluence of events in 2017, and the subsequent highly questionable appointments of Matt Gaetz and Pam Bondi to lead the Department of Justice, it appears that the minor may have been associated with Trump Model Management in or before 2017.
