The FDA should clarify if they have the power to ban Pfizer COVID Vaccines issued under an EUA.
When an unidentified woman from the FDA finally admitted to the not-Chinese-Disinformation* Media Outlet, Epoch Times, that Pfizer’s vaccines did in fact contain SV40 fragments, I was a bit confused by one part of the Epoch Times article:. FDA Responds After Being Urged to Recall Pfizer's Vaccine Over DNA Fragments This part:
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is refusing to recall Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine, promoting the view that the inclusion of a previously-undisclosed DNA sequence that leaves behind fragments is not of concern.
That statement just didn’t make much sense due to the issuance of the vaccines under an EUA, where everything about FDA regulations and procedures just don’t seem to matter. I asked Sasha Latypova about it on Substack.
Me: Sasha, in your opinion, does the FDA have the authority to ban the COVID vaccines due to the inclusion of SV40 “fragments” in them?
Sasha: Technically, no, or rather it would be as effective as them banning fentanyl or crystal meth off the market. These shots are outside of their real enforcement/regulatory power. Because the FDA collaborate in the criminal cartel that forces them onto the public they are co-conspirators in this mass murder and should be prosecuted. I don’t know what would be the best approach to law enforcement in this situation (possibly local/state law enforcement should collect all this garbage, and retain for investigation?). That would be a start.
Re SV40 as basis of removal, I point to Brook Jackson’s case - Judge Truncale sided with Pfizer and DOJ (who are really defending FDA and DOD) stating that all fraud that Brook observed was real and not disputed, but IMMATERIAL to the FDA’s decision to approve. So that means SV40 is also immaterial to their decisions.
Now don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying not to look into potentially applicable FDA regulations. It just seems that the FDA has been turned into something of a “Paper Tiger” here. So there is simply a point that needs to be clarified. Can the FDA recall Pfizer’s vaccines on the SV40 sequences or not?
The term “Paper Tiger” as I use it here is a reference to something that appears to be powerful but is more of an illusion of such. It’s an old Chinese term based on the word “Zhilaohu” which was translated to English in the 19th Century.
Sasha has gone into far more detail on the legalities at issue here, which I thank her for. Please support her writing.
You can agree or disagree with Sasha, although she seems to have done the research here. The tone of people arguing against her is getting a just a tad bit ad hominem lately, and I request that if you want to disagree in this comments section to please keep it civil and facts-based. But my point is again, shouldn’t the FDA clarify to the public what their powers are, or are not?
I’m not convinced that the FDA told the Epoch Times that they are “refusing to recall Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine.” The author of the article, Stieber, blatanly lied in the same article. He referenced Robert Malone as having “major concerns” about the SV40 fragments in the vaccines, when in fact Robert Malone said “the risk is not acute; I’m not hyper-alarmed” on his Substack just days before.
So who knows what the anonymous FDA spokeswoman actually told Stieber? Is Stieber the only person who can go on record for the FDA now? This is insane.
The rest of the article, as I allued to earlier, is an email sent by John Tang about the origins and mission of the Not-Chinese-Disinformation Media Outlet Epoch Times .
*After I registered for the Epoch Times to read Stieber’s article, they sent me an email from John Tang, their CEO, about how he founded the Epoch Times to fight Chinese Disinformation. He also relayed that journalists in China were often “disappeared.”
Dear Reader,
Thank you for your recent registration with The Epoch Times. I hope you have just a moment to spare because I'd like to tell you exactly what you’ve signed up for. Why? Because The Epoch Times is different from any other news source in America.
My name is John Tang, and I’m the founder and CEO of The Epoch Times. I didn't set out to publish a newspaper. In 1993, I had no money, but I had something even better. As a young doctoral candidate from China, I had arrived in the United States and discovered what it meant to be free.
I found living in America to be a life-changing experience. For the first time, I could speak freely, but I was saddened to think of people in my home country who would face grave repercussions for simply speaking out about their own government. I felt a calling to do something.
And so in the year 2000, The Epoch Times was born with the purpose of telling the world about the destructiveness of socialism and communism, and specifically, to expose the disinformation and human rights violations of the Chinese Communist Party and how it works to infiltrate other cultures.
From this humble beginning arose a great mission: to create a news source that would bring back the great American legacy of traditional journalism. As a media dedicated to truth, we pledged to report the news factually, honestly, and completely, without a political agenda. Today, we publish in 21 languages across 35 countries—always reporting the facts and upholding the best of what makes us human.
The past 20 years haven’t been easy. In communist China, it’s not uncommon for reporters who criticize the government to simply disappear. In Hong Kong, thugs have started a fire in our printing plant and smashed our presses with sledgehammers, in separate incidents. One of our Hong Kong reporters was recently attacked by another thug wielding a baseball bat. In America, some of our competitors in the mainstream media have attempted to smear us time and again. None of this has stopped us from striving to report the news precisely as it happened, unembellished by our own opinions. In fact, the more we are attacked for reporting truthfully, the stronger we become.
The Epoch Times is a media on a journey to bring traditional journalism back to America, where it is sorely needed, and to a world that is desperate for truth. We have set our goals high, and we know that we can’t accomplish this great mission without you. On behalf of our reporters, writers, editors, and researchers around the world, I invite you to join us on this journey.
As far as I’m concerned, John Tang can take his Not-Chinese-Disinformation and Not-Death-Threats back to China with him. The FDA needs to speak for themselves to the public in press conferences, not through anonymous sources to the Epoch Times, and give the public the information we need to know on what exactly is necessary to immediately recall all of Pfizer’s vaccines.

Multi-layered disinformation. A set of sieves- if you can’t control the thoughts of people on level A, we’ll go to Level B, then C, etc. most people don’t notice snd frankly, we’re all desperate to trust something. It’s psyops all the way down.
I am so technically challenged. My tiger’s nose is cut off in Substack notes. It’s always something.
