MALONE/TUCKER
Tucker Carlson interviewed Robert Malone on February 11, 2022.
Malone: I worked for one of the early Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation companies called Aeras. I was a consultant for PATH, which is one of their core companies. I worked for Solvate, (Carlson scoffs) which is a big pharma. So I kind of ….
Carlson: Can I just pause and say, I don't know if anybody who didn't know your background and just knew you from that very famous appearance on Joe Rogan, would have guessed that you had worked for at one time, maybe indirectly at least, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, for the US Government, and for big Pharma.
Malone: Yeah I’ve kind of seen the whole scene.
Tucker essentially asked Malone if you worked for the Gates Foundation, US government and big pharma, why should we trust you?
MALONE LAWSUIT
After Robert Malone filed his lawsuit against Ruby and the Breggins, I read the suit. I thought it was a fairly straightforward lawsuit, although unpersuasive. One part of the lawsuit suit stuck out to me as being unnecessary and mean-spirited. From the lawsuit:
Red Voice Media follows the format and style of InfoWars and Alex Jones, and profits from the publication of scandalous fake news about medical professionals and others, stories without factual basis designed solely to shock the audience and destroy the reputation of the target, in this case Dr. Malone.
It seemed amateurish for a law firm to put something like that in writing about Alex Jones. Jones was not a party to Malone’s suit, so why attack his reputation by saying that Jones reporting was "without factual basis" and "designed solely to shock the audience?" Think about the volumes of information that Jones has reported over the years. No one could possibly say that all of his reporting was "fake news." Malone did not name one item that Alex Jones had reported which was false.
Alex Jones, like him or not, is a very popular and well-known public figure. It seemed like an unforced error to attack someone like that with nothing to gain. and no claim to make. Malone's insult of Alex Jones and InfoWars just didn't make sense to me.
Later, I looked at PATH- researching what I thought was an unrelated topic- Malone's role with AERAS, which was funded by the Gates Foundation.
Like Alex Jones, Dr. Malone is something of a “conspiracy theorist” himself. After he was banned from Twitter, he hit the social media talk show circuit and started blaming the WEF for everything. That’s when I felt like something was very wrong. Robert Malone was getting into Alex Jones’ field, and not just reporting snippets of Pfizer press releases on Twitter anymore. I felt like his “blame WEF” narrative distracted from the criminal liability of his colleagues and clients in the Department of Defense, the pharmaceutical industry, and of course Gates.
And this is where it gets interesting.
BACKGROUND PATH
In 1977, PATH began as "Program for the Introduction and Adaptation of Contraceptive Technology (PIACT). This program was aimed at lowering birth rates in lower and middle income class countries (LMICs). Rich Mahoney, one of the three co-founders of PATH said,: "We didn’t know how to make good acronyms in those days." Due to negative public perception of the name PIACT, highlighting the program's goal to lower birthrates, the founders changed the name of PATH to the vaguely-named "Program for Appropriate Technology in Health"—PATH, in 1980.
The co-founders of PIACT from left to right were Rich Mahoney, Gordon Perkin, and Gordon Duncan.
BACKGROUND OF GORDON PERKIN
Gordon Perkin's first job was as a contraceptive salesman in Ontario in the 1950s before the use of contraceptives became common. In 1964, Perkin became associate medical director for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. In 1966, he joined the Ford Foundation, became their “population adviser” and spread his goal of "planned parenthood" to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Mexico and Brazil.
In 1973, while in Brazil working for the Ford Foundation, Perkin wrote an influential memo titled "Contraceptive introduction, manufacture, and supply.” This memo is simply referred to as the CIMS memo.
I have not been able to locate a copy of the 1973 CIMS memo, but the CIMS is described as outlining a vision to bring a large scale birth reduction program into lower and middle income class countries (LMICs).
“One can draw a straight line from the CIMS memo to PATH to PDPs to GAVI and to the RHSC. Gordon’s vision, conceived in the early 1970s while with the Ford Foundation, has changed the world,” LAFF reported. LAFF is an acronym for “Life after Ford Foundation.”
Rich Mahoney, at the Ford Foundation's headquarters in New York, received the population-reducing CIMS memo with great enthusiasm. And four years later in 1977, Perkin, Mahoney and Duncan formed “Program for the Introduction and Adaptation of Contraceptive Technology”(PIACT).
And where exactly does Robert Malone come in? He didn’t specify. All he told Carlson was “I was a consultant for PATH, which is one of their core companies.” By consultant, that almost certainly means vaccine technology consultant.
GATES FOUNDATION AND PATH
In 1994, the William H. Gates Foundation was formed. As Doctor Malone alluded to, PATH became the core of the Gates Foundation.
In 1995, Gates Sr. approached Gordon Perkin at the Planned Parenthood branch of Seattle "seeking advice and information on family planning issues for his son's new philanthropic outlet, the Gates Foundation." Gates Sr. served on the national board of Planned Parenthood.
Perkin, in turn, informed Gates Sr. of his interest in vaccinating children in LMICs. Perkin's interest was described in one source as an effort to address "growing crisis in childhood immunizations." Gates Sr. offered PATH $750,000 “for projects related to family planning and reproductive health.”
Gordon Perkin was hired as the first director of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Global Health Program in September 1999. William Foege was named Senior Advisor. A press release of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation quoted Perkin describing how the Gates were following his vision of contraception and vaccination:
"Bill and Melinda Gates are in the process of establishing themselves as major contributors toward the goal to which I've dedicated my career: improving health of women and children,' said Dr. Perkin.” The photo below shows Perkin holding a vaccine in his office in Seattle in July 2000.
Pictured below are Bill Gates Sr., Gordon Perkin, and William Foege. The photo comes from an author who did some of the earliest reporting on these 3 evil men. He called them the “three amigos.”
I think I can say without risk of too much argument that the biggest thing the Gates Foundation has done for global health remains an idea hatched back when these three old guys were in charge – GAVI, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization. Though GAVI seldom gets the attention of sexier health projects or diseases, this project has so far prevented 4 million deaths by getting vaccines out to children in poor countries GAVI.
GAVI, what’s that?
From GAVI:
By the late 1990s, the progress of international immunisation programmes was stalling. Nearly 30 million children in developing countries were not fully immunised against deadly diseases, and many others went without any immunisation at all. At the heart of the challenge was an acute market failure; powerful new vaccines were becoming available, but lower-income countries simply could not afford most vaccines. In response, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and a group of founding partners brought to life an elegant solution to encourage manufacturers to lower vaccine prices for the poorest countries in return for long-term, high-volume and predictable demand from those countries. In 2000, that breakthrough idea became the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation – today Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance.
Like the source above says, a straight line “from CIMS memo to PATH to PDPs to GAVI.” And Robert Malone was on board with it. The image below is from GAVI. This is what they’re up to. They are evil.
Dr. Robert Malone's consulting with PATH
There is no mention of Malone's consulting for PATH on his curriculum vitaes (CV) that I can find. Malone's CVs do however outline that he was a Director and consultant for proposal development for AERAS, funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, from 2003-2005.
Was Robert Malone involved with the Gates and PATH before, or after, the 2003-2005 period when he consulted for AERAS? It's an interesting question.
Gates Sr., of Planned Parenthood, approached Duncan Perkin of Planned Parenthood in 1995 when Perkin shared his vaccine vision for LMICs with Gates Sr. They would have needed some type of vaccine consultant or director. Malone was active in filing patents related to mRNA and DNA technology in this period.
Bill Gates told Bill Moyers that his father was “head of Planned Parenthood.” Information is not easy to come by on this subject. Thanks to Inversionism for this video clip.
I don’t like to speculate, but it's possible that Malone was on the ground floor of the vaccination agenda of the Gates Foundation. If Malone’s consulting for PATH is clarified in the future I will update this section.
ALEX JONES ON BILL GATES AND MASS STERILIZATION
In 2010, the Southern Poverty Law Center documented the claims of Alex Jones: CONSPIRACISTS ACCUSE BILL GATES OF SEEKING MASS STERILIZATION.
I believe that Alex Jones reporting on Bill Gates and vaccine sterilization/abortion vaccines agenda may be the reason Malone and/or his attorneys went out of their way to insult and libel Alex Jones. Why else? The section below is from some of Jones’ reporting.
During a March 2 radio segment in which Jones called Gates “a huge eugenicist” (eugenics is the discredited pseudo-science of creating a better human race through selective breeding), Jones alleged that Gates is part of a massive globalist conspiracy that plans to establish a “scientific dictatorship to control [Americans].” Gates’ aim in promoting vaccines, for Jones, has nothing to do with child health. It is a massive plan for sterilizing the population.
Jones’ attack on Gates was preceded by a March 1 post on his website, prisonplanet.com, by British conspiracist Paul Joseph Watson. In it, Watson writes: “Quite how an improvement in health care and vaccines that supposedly save lives would lead to a lowering in global population is an oxymoron, unless Gates is referring to vaccines that sterilize people.” Watson goes on to allege that Gates wants vaccines to “sterilize people,” which Watson writes “is precisely the same method advocated in White House science advisor John P. Holdren's 1977 textbook Ecoscience, which calls for a dictatorial ‘planetary regime’ to enforce draconian measures of population reduction via all manner of oppressive techniques, including sterilization.”
These claim of Jones were later confirmed. In 2017, researchers published that a chemical compound that causes abortions was added to a tetanus vaccine and given to women in Kenya. Others in Mexico also raised this red flag.
In 1993, WHO announced a “birth-control vaccine” for “family planning”. Published research shows that by 1976 WHO researchers had conjugated tetanus toxoid (TT) with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) producing a “birth-control” vaccine. Conjugating TT with hCG causes pregnancy hormones to be attacked by the immune system. Expected results are abortions in females already pregnant and/or infertility in recipients not yet impregnated. Repeated inoculations prolong infertility. Currently WHO researchers are working on more potent anti-fertility vaccines using recombinant DNA.
Reports say that the vaccination/abortion program in Kenya was partially funded by GAVI and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Another mentioned a 1992 UN report on “fertility regulating vaccines.”
SUMMARY
Despite his association with Bill Gates and the Gates Foundations, Robert Malone has been slightly critical of Bill Gates, as is his “controlled opposition” hallmark. Malone’s criticisms are far more limited than those of Alex Jones, however. Malone goes to painstaking links at all times to make sure to avoid any comments that can be construed as implying criminal guilt of his colleagues, any pharmaceutical employees, or any government employees.
Robert Malone has been critical of his financial influence of Bill Gates in the medical industry and government. Malone has never mentioned anything like what Alex Jones has said about the Gates Foundation’s efforts to sterilize the population with vaccines. It seems unlikely that Robert Malone will, given that he has provided consulting service to the Gates Foundations on vaccines, and he is likely guilty of crimes against humanity related to his role as vaccine consultant.
History and evidence seem to support Alex Jones. I think it is fair for journalists to question Robert Malone on the details of his involvement with the Gates Foundations, instead of listening to his limited narratives without pointed questions.

I don't trust Malone. Based on my own personal canceling by Cancel Culture - he has been aware and has made heckling jokes at my expense. Many people have, but when it is consistently done, it has indicated to me that they are insiders aware of the cancel that nutritionist goal. And this was recent, like one year ago. Not part of the peak heckling of me era which was before CoV happened.
My CoV ed efforts got the heckling going again..
Have you considered the scenario in which a Pandemic-COINTELPRO operation was set up and running several months to years in advance?
