Write an Indictment for Remdesivir victims

Dr. Dawn Michaels has specifically used the term “murder" to describe the death of her husband in a hospital as a result of their use of Remdesivir on her husband. On social media platforms, many other people have said the same things about their loved ones.

Let's approach the problem in a logical manner and find a solution. What is the problem? What resources do you have? What is the solution?

The problem: Attorney Generals are unlikely to indict medical providers for murder for using a drug that was authorized for use, unless they forced to do so by the public and the families of Remdesivir victims. Lawsuits do not provide Justice. Murder is a criminal matter, not a civil one.

Available resources: Money, political influence, and social media networking.

What is the solution to the problem? Crowdsource an indictment using fundraisers to raise money. Spread the effort on social media. Find a contractor to prepare the Indictment for state Attorney Generals. Use political influence if they refuse to indict.

I am willing to coordinate the Indictment. I have some experience as a project manager for a general contractor on FEMA jobs. In that role, you spend a lot of time on the telephone coordinating subcontractors. In this case, those subcontractors will mean former prosecutors and doctors. They may or may not be willing to provide their services for free. Some level of funding will certainly help. If you would like to coordinate the Indictment yourself, however, or would like to have another manager for the project, that would please me as well.

Write the indictment for the Attorney Generals the same way they would write it. Hand them the indictment in person. Think of it as filing a lawsuit. Do all the work for them. If they will not pursue the indictment, then use your political influence. Demand that the governor replace the Attorney General. If the Governor will not do so, demand that the public replace the Governor. Unless government officials refuse to pursue Justice, I recommend that you treat all parties with respect and keep the politics out of it. If it becomes necessary to use politics, the indictment will serve as a litmus test of other political candidates for voters. Ask the specific question: Do you support the Indictment of Remdesivir providers as written? Start a PAC. Pursue this tactic in primaries of both parties.

In order to write the Indictment, the manager will need to consult with prosecuting attorneys and doctors. The prosecuting attorneys should apply the facts to law, not considering any unconstitutional language that protects pharmaceutical companies, government employees, or healthcare providers, using the same general standards of criminal law that they would apply to you or I. The manager must find prosecutors willing to apply general standards of law to those who think they are protected by law. The manager must find doctors who are willing to testify against other doctors as expert witnesses. (There appear to be several qualified doctors who are willing to do so).

Indictment components:

IN GENERAL LEGAL ARGUMENT: Expert doctors must describe why it was reckless to administer Remdesivir and the other aspects of the treatment protocol involving Remdesivir.

Prosecutors must write the Indictment based on the expert testimony of doctors.

I am aware that there is plenty of "get out of jail free" language in legislation designed to protect pharmaceutical companies and medical providers from homicide charges, as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has often described.

None of these laws are Constitutional. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United States. The fifth and fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution unambiguously state: No one "shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law."  Homicide is illegal. It does not matter what Congress, the President, or the Supreme Court may argue to the contrary.

This indictment must charge homicide. Prosecuting attorneys must be forced to pursue appeals all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. If the Supreme Court will not acknowledge the language of the Constitution of the United States, as they have done throughout their history, up to and including their ruling that "all men are created equal" did not apply to black people, then they must be Impeached.

"If you ask God to move a mountain, be prepared to wake up next to a shovel." No one said this will be easy. No one can say that the effort is futile until it is tried, either.

STATEMENT OF FACTS BY INDIVIDUAL CASE: In some cases, as Dr. Michaels alleges, due to her husband's advocacy for the use of Ivermectin, the death may have been intentional. In other cases where a hospital was naively following a reckless protocol without prejudice against individuals, the charge may only support criminally negligent homicide. These individual facts will need to be collected by individuals through lawsuits, affidavits, freedom of information requests, research of documents, and the like, and applied to the in general legal argument to determine the level of charge against healthcare providers.

FINANCIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST: Dr. Peterson Pierre has already provided a summary of the financial conflict of interest of hospitals in providing Remdesivir.

If you have COVID and you end up at the hospital, you're put on a rigid protocol. And there is high mortality in the hospital. And your family is kept in the dark as to what's happening. Number 1, the CARES Act is providing bonus payments to hospitals whenever you have a diagnosis of COVID.

And then number 2, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services is waiving patient rights. This is a deadly combination. So here's what happens. You get a payment because you offer a free COVID test in the Emergency room. You get a "boost payment" if you get a diagnosis of COVID.

Number 3, you get another bonus payment if you are admitted with COVID.

Number 4, you get another bonus payment if you're put on Remdesivir.

Number 5, another bonus payment if you're put on a mechanical ventilator.

Number 6, another 20% bonus if the diagnosis on your death certificate says "COVID," even though you may not have died from COVID.

And then number 7, there's bonus payments to coroners. Do you understand the gravity of what's happening right now? The Biden Administration is literally paying hospitals to kill people. That's what's happening. This is terrible. We need to stop that. These are real human lives we are talking about. They're priceless. It's estimated that about $100,000 per patient is what the hospitals get. Think about that.
