Breaking News: Malpractice Lawsuit Filed Against Northwell Health
Rebecca Charles had to file a wrongful death lawsuit on her own, because she couldn’t find a lawyer to take the case, but she did it. Now if that isn’t someone you can get behind, who is?

Please everyone, you won’t find a more worthy cause to donate to. This is a Mother fighting against a Medical system that killed her daughter, and a Legal system that has refused to take her case thus far. All proceeds will go to legal-related expenses. She has had to pay to file this Lawsuit; she has had to pay to have medical professionals go through her daugher’s medical records and develop a toxicology report.
Rebecca has taken a huge first step by writing and filing her own lawsuit, but she needs professional legal help to take on Northwell’s attorneys from here on out.
Scott and Cindy Shara, parents that have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital for the murder of their daughter Grace, have reported legal expenses in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ascension tried and tried to get the Shara’s case dismissed, and could not, but the Shara’s had some top notch attorneys too. Northwell will no doubt try to delay and dismiss the case.

The case itself is extremely strong. I was struck by the affidavit of medical malpractice signed by a Doctor in New York against Northwell. He doesn’t mince words. It’s plain and straightforward language. He says that Danielle should not have been admitted in the first place. Names several of the medical professionals who fell below standards of care. Says fentanyl was one of the main causes of death. I’ll let you read the rest of it. It’s all in black and white below.

It is very disturbing that no lawyer would take this case. That says nothing about the case, which is very straightforward and demonstrates obvious liability exposure. What it says is that law firms and lawyers are too afraid to take a case like this on, and know how expensive the defense will make it for them, not to mention the political pressure and threats--not worth the time at the end of the day. So sad for this family.
Thank you, Charles for all your support! We need everyone to come together and bring this to the light! They all need to be exposed, each hospitals, doctors and nurses. I hope my case will bring an investigation into all of the holocaust hospitals in the US!
