BACKGROUND: Mario Cuomo’s Recruitment of Michael Dowling.
According to Michael Dowling, he accepted the invitation of New York Governor Mario Cuomo to join the government of New York in 1983 after consulting with Father John McCarthy, S.J., at Fordham University in New York. Mario Cuomo served 3 terms as Governor of New York from 1983-1994.
Michael Dowling is now CEO of Northwell Health, the “Ground Zero” of the Hospital Protocols Mass Homicide scandal in New York where they killed tens of thousands of people in 2020, and blamed it on a nonexistent virus. Michael Dowling worked very closely with Chris Cuomo’s brother, Governor Andrew Cuomo, in this period. March 8, 2020:
Michael Dowling received a Master’s degree in “social work” in 1974 at Fordham, according to CNBC. Later Dowling became a faculty member as director of the campus in Tarrytown, New York in 1979. The fact that Downling majored in “social work” at Fordham in the 1970s is a questionable circumstance, as will be developed further in this article.
Quoting from Irish America Magazine, Hall of Fame: Michael Dowling, 2017:
In 1979, Dowling became a faculty member at Fordham as director of the campus in Tarrytown, New York. He later served as a professor of social policy and the assistant dean of the Graduate School of Social Services. His commitment to the pursuit of social justice and improvement was recognized when Mario Cuomo, upon his election as Governor of New York in 1983, invited Dowling to venture into government service.
“When Mario Cuomo got elected, I did not know him. His appointments’ office reached out to me to tell me that my name had come up on a list of people and that they would be interested in talking to me about joining the administration,” Dowling explains. “I was, to put it mildly, a little surprised, but I met with the people from the governor’s office and I initially wasn’t inclined because I had my job at Fordham, I did not know Albany at all.” He took the offer to the head of the department at the time, Rev. John McCarthy, S.J., who convinced Dowling to try it out. “I went to Father McCarthy and he said, ‘Why don’t you do it for a year? If for whatever reason it doesn’t work and you don’t like it, or they don’t like you, you can come back to Fordham.’”
According to Jeff Anderson and Associates, PA, Father John Joseph McCarthy, S.J., was employed Jesuit Community at Fordham University, Bronx, New York, NY from 1957-1997 and died in 1997. The website of Jeff Anderson and Associates, PA says they are “Recognized as One of the Nation’s Premier Law Firms Representing Victims of Childhood Sexual Abuse.”
The alleged sexual crimes against children took place sometime in the 1970s, as described by a video prepared by Jeff Anderson and Associates, below.
As the video stated, “the details of the sexual abuse allegations, including when and where the alleged abuse occurred, are unknown.”
A clue to the method by which McCarthy had access to children was provided upon McCarthy’s passing in 1997. His obituary in the New York Times noted that McCarthy worked with “underprivileged youth” and had “social work values.” Recall that Dowling majored in “social work” in the 1970s- the questionable circumstance described previously.
Fr. John McCarthy lived his Jesuit and social work values in his teaching and in his volunteer work with underprivileged youth. We will miss him. We express our profound sympathies to Fr. McCarthy's fellow Jesuits and to members of his family. Mary Ann Quaranta, Dean
Fordham University acknowledged widespread allegations of sexual abuse of children in 2019, which you can read here at the Fordham Ram: University Addresses Clerical Abuse Allegations After Jesuit Northeast Province Releases List, 2019. One of the faculty listed of many were John McCarthy.
John McCarthy, S.J., who worked at Fordham from 1956 to 1992, was accused of abuse of minors in the ‘70s as well as William Scanlon, S.J., was also listed and accused of abuse of minors.
There has been a major development subsequent to the information gathered and reported by Jeff Anderson and Associates in 2019. Victims of abuse at Fordham filed a lawsuit. From the lawfirm of Laffey Buchi D’Andrea Reich & Ryan: Fordham University, The Archdiocese of New York Named in Child Sexual Abuse Lawsuit, November 21, 2024.
The lawsuit alleges that a former Fordham University employee, Father John Joseph McCarthy, sexually abused children from nearby Bronx neighborhoods.
Several former and current residents of the Bronx have retained Guy D’Andrea of Laffey Buchi D’Andrea Reich & Ryan and Nicholas Wainwright and Mike Grieco from the law firm Stinar Gould Grieco & Hensley, PLLC to represent them in a child sexual abuse lawsuit. The claims are against Fordham University; The Jesuits of Fordham, Inc.; The Archdiocese of New York; The New York Province of the Society of Jesus; The U.S.A. Northeast Jesuit Province; The USA Northeast Province of the Society of Jesus, Inc.; The USA East Province of the Society of Jesus, Inc.; and the USA East Province of the Society of Jesus.
The lawsuit alleges that, while working at Fordham University under the placement of the various Defendants, Father John Joseph McCarthy would go into neighboring blocks in the Bronx and invite children to partake in various recreational activities at Fordham University facilities in the summers while the students were largely gone from campus. After the children were done with the activities, Father McCarthy would take them to get ice cream and candy elsewhere on campus, including in his on-campus residence. While enticing the children with promises of treats, Father McCarthy would take some of the children into back rooms and force them to engage in sexual acts with McCarthy and with each other, and in some instances took sexually explicit photographs of the children.
Father McCarthy worked at Fordham University from 1956-1992. The Plaintiffs specifically involved in this case allege that they were abused in the 1970’s. As of 2019, the Jesuits Northeast Province listed two other allegations of abuse involving McCarthy in the 1970’s. Other Priests who were placed at Fordham University and credibly accused of sexual abuse include: Father Peter Conroy (1972-1979); Father Roy Drake (1965-1971); Father Eugene O’Brien (1950-1953, 1965-1971); Father William Scanlon (1972-1974); Father John Bellwoar (1936-1938); Father Maurice Meyers (1951-1959, 1973-1974); and Father Francis X. Nawn (1980-1981).
“The systematic abuse that occurred on Fordham’s campus represents a devastating betrayal of trust at multiple institutional levels,” said D’Andrea. “The Catholic Church’s history of enabling abuse is well-documented, but when an educational institution like Fordham provides the venue for such atrocities while ignoring clear warning signs, they become equally complicit in the trauma inflicted on these brave survivors. Our firms are committed to holding the defendants accountable for their roles in allowing these heinous acts to occur unchecked. No institution, regardless of its reputation or religious affiliation, should be permitted to shield abusers while abandoning their sacred obligation to protect those in their care.”
“Fordham University, The Archdiocese of New York, and the various Jesuit entities involved in this case have known for decades of abuses like those mentioned in this case,” said Grieco. “Our clients have carried the weight of the sexual abuse they endured at Fordham University, an institution they initially viewed as a beacon of positivity and safety in their community, for decades as well. The abuse left them to suffer in silence, dealing with the lasting scars that have impacted every facet of their lives, from personal relationships to their sense of safety and self-worth. This lawsuit seeks to hold the defendants accountable for failing to protect these vulnerable young people and allowing this harm to persist in silence for far too long.”
If you are someone who experienced sexual abuse by Father McCarthy or another priest at Fordham University, or have any information, please contact Laffey Bucci D’Andrea Reich & Ryan or Stinar Gould Grieco & Hensley, PLLC (justice@SGGHLaw.com; www.sgghlaw.com) to discuss your legal rights.
BACKGROUND: The Cuomo Family’s Long Relationship with Anthony Fauci
Very little is known about this. Chris Coumo mentioned the “long time” relationship between the Cuomos and Anthony Fauci briefly in a conversation with his brother Andrew on March 03, 2020. I think Chris should expand bit on this, don’t you agree?
From a press release transcript of New York, Audio and Rush Transcript: Governor Cuomo is Guest on Let's Get After It with Chris Cuomo, March 3, 2020:
Chris Cuomo: But how do you figure out what to tell people without freaking them out because they're in the business of even Fauci who - you know just to be open with the audience the Cuomo family has known Fauci for a long time, not just because he's Italian - and the idea that they are in the business not of panic but of worst case scenarios and preparing you for what this could be.
BACKGROUND: Other Jesuits and Fordham Graduates associated with the Hospital Protocols Mass Murder in New York.
Rebecca Charles has filed a lawsuit and a criminal complaint against medical professionals at Northwell Health in New York for the homicide of her daughter Danielle Alvarez in October 2021. As the suit and complaint expose a very large conspiracy to commit mass murder by Northwell Health and the former Governor of New York, Mrs. Charles has found no support from either criminal or civil legal professionals- all of whom claim to sympathize with her and say that she has a strong case.
Mrs. Charles submitted additional information to the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office because they said that she had not provided information to them beyond a reasonable doubt to support a criminal prosecution, despite the fact that it is the District Attorney’s job to investigate complaints and develop information themselves with a Grand Jury.
The additional information provided to Nassau County described some of the numerous ties to the Hospital Protocols Mass Murder in New York to Fordham University.
Andrew Cuomo graduated from Fordham University in 1979. Kenneth Raske is the father of a 2008 Fordham University graduate. Howard Zucker is an alumnus of Fordham School of Law in 2000. Michael Dowling earned his master’s degree from Fordham University in 1974. From 1979 to 1983, he served as a professor at Fordham University, assistant dean at the Graduate School of Social Services, and director of the Westchester Campus. In 1983, New York Governor Mario Cuomo extended an unexpected invitation to Dowling to join the DHHS of New York. Michael Dowling accepted the offer after consulting with Father John McCarthy at Fordham.
Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly received an undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 1986 and a Law degree from Fordham in 1989. Mrs. Charles asked Donnelly to recuse herself from any investigations that involved members of Fordham University if she felt that her association with Fordham amounted to a conflict of interest. Donnelly has yet to reply.
Your tenure as Deputy Bureau Chief of the Organized Crime & Rackets Bureau in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office makes you exceptionally qualified for the Grand Jury investigations necessary to prosecute those behind the targeted kill program aimed against New York citizens under the disguise of a virus.
However, I have one concern. I kindly ask that you disclose any potential conflicts of interest that might impede your ability to investigate and charge individuals associated with Fordham University. My research indicates that you graduated from Fordham University in 1986.
Notably, Andrew Cuomo, Michael Dowling, Kenneth Raske, and Howard Zucker of the Medicaid Redesign Team also have affiliations with Fordham University.
Andrew Cuomo graduated from Fordham University in 1979. Kenneth Raske is the father of a 2008 Fordham University graduate. Howard Zucker is an alumnus of Fordham School of Law in 2000. Michael Dowling accepted the offer after consulting with Father John McCarthy at Fordham.
If you have a personal conflict of interest that impedes your ability to investigate the matters enclosed in this letter, please disclose that conflict of interest, recuse yourself from any investigations related to the named individuals associated with Fordham University, and refer the investigation to the appropriate parties. Should you believe that a Grand Jury investigation into the actions of a former Governor exceeds the scope of your office, please refer the matter to the Attorney General of New York or the Attorney General of the United States.
A summary of persons of interest in the Hospital Protocols Mass Murder who are linked to Fordham University or Jesuit high schools is below. There is no implication that Anne Donnelly has been involved in any wrongdoing, only that she has failed to perform her sworn job duties.
Anthony Fauci attended Regis, a private Jesuit high school, beginning in 1954.
Donald Trump attended Fordham University from 1964 to 1966.
Michael Dowling received a Master’s degree from Fordham University in 1974. From 1979 to 1983, he served as a professor at Fordham University. Dowling is Assistant Dean at the Graduate School of Social Services, Director of the Westchester Campus, and a member of the Board of Trustees since 2018.
Andrew Cuomo received a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University in 1979.
Anne Donnelly received a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University in 1986 and a Law degree in 1989. Donnelly’s brother and sister also graduated from Fordham.
Chris Cuomo received a Law degree from Fordham University in 1995.
Howard Zucker, Commissioner of the New York State Department of Health in 2020, received a Law degree from Fordham University in 2000. Zucker is also a former Assistant Director of the World Health Organization.
I have made this article free in the public interest. Needless to say, many hours went into this research. If you think this is the type of research and reporting that real journalists should be doing, you can leave a tip here, and thanks again to those who already have.

P.S. Fordham University says that former New York Governor Mario Cuomo is a “Catholic Intellectual and Friend of Fordham.”
Governor Mario Cuomo and former President Joseph O’Hare, S.J., in 1989.
Mario Cuomo, the Catholic intellectual, former governor of New York, and Fordham honorary degree recipient, died on Jan. 1, just hours after his son Andrew, FCRH ’79, took the oath of office as New York’s 56th governor.
Cuomo received honorary law degrees from Marymount College and from the University, where he also delivered the commencement address for the Class of 1985. Of the many obituaries and tributes released in the wake of his passing, several noted the former governor’s affinity for the Jesuit philosopher Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, S.J. And while his progressive stance stole headlines, his Catholic sense of social justice took the fore.
Educated at St. John’s Preparatory School, St. John’s University, and later its law school, Cuomo enjoyed ribbing Fordhamites about the two schools’ rivalry—one a Jesuit school, the other Vincentian. In delivering the 1985 commencement address, the then-governor said that he didn’t take the rivalry seriously, even if his fellow alumni did.
“I allowed my first son to come to Fordham,” he said, referring to the current governor. Cuomo’s son Chris, a TV journalist and host of CNN’s New Day, also attended Fordham, earning a J.D. from the Law School in 1995.
Fordham University is both Catholic and Jesuit according to their website.
As both Catholic and Jesuit in identity, Fordham University draws a great deal of its inspiration from both of these rich and lively traditions. Fostered by this dual heritage, Fordham gives special attention to the tradition of Catholicism, but also provides a place where all religious traditions can interact with one another.

Of course..... thanks for this!
WOW! Great stuff! Looking forward to the Cuomo answering you.
