Rebecca Charles has gone to great lengths to have the facts of her daughter’s murder at Glen Cove Hospital of Northwell Health documented.
If you own a gun, you have the right to defend yourself with it, but you do not have the right to take someone’s life without cause. Undoubtedly many of the instruments and chemicals used in hospitals can be used to save lives or take lives. Nothing in the PREP Act or any other piece of legislation authorizes medical personnel to commit homicide. Even if such a law was put into writing, it would be unconstitutional under the Due Process clause of the 14th Amendment, adopted on July 9, 1868.
The homicide case of Rebecca’s daughter, Danielle Alvarez, goes to the top of a criminal conspiracy involving the Governor of New York to commit mass homicide for financial motives. As such it was bound to encouter resistance and be stifled initially.
By providing documents to the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office at their request, getting a case number, and receiving written correspondence from the Office, a substantial amout of ground has been broken.
Anne T. Donnelly, the District Attorney of Nassau County, New York, has experience in prosecuting Organized Crime and criminal enterprises. Prior to her election in 2021, Donnelly was Deputy Bureau Chief of the Organized Crime & Rackets Bureau. It’s great that she has this type of experience, because that is exactly what she is up against if she wants to do her job and prosecute murder that involves the collusion of state and hospital executives at the highest level. Unfortunately, Donnelly failed to do her job initially in the case of Danielle Alvarez.
Donnelly, a Republican, ran on a platform of doing her job without political bias. Her office investigated criminal election allegations of Republican Congressman-elect George Santos. On October 10, 2023, Santos was charged with Conspiracy, Wire Fraud, False Statements, Falsification of Records, Aggravated Identity Theft, and Credit Card Fraud in the Eastern District of New York.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is a Democrat. Michael Dowling is CEO of Northwell Health, the hospital system that killed Danielle Alvarez. Andrew Cuomo knows Michael Dowling very well. Dowling was “head of health care for the state of New York” under Andrew’s father and Mario Cuomo, Governor of New York 1983-1994.
Andrew Cuomo, March 8, 2020: “To my left, Michael Dowling, CEO of Northwell Health. I’ve known Michael Dowling for more years than I care to remember. He was head of health care for the state of New York under a gentleman named Mario Cuomo, who served as Governor of the state of New York. … My father loved Michael Dowling.”
Rebecca Charles requested that District Attorney Anne Donnelly investigate the murder of her daughter. Subject: Urgent Plea for Immediate Investigation into the Deliberate Killing of Danielle Cathleen Alvarez.
Enclosed with this letter is a comprehensive list and spreadsheet that identifies the names of the doctors, physician's assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, administering and involved in the illicit killing of my daughter, as well as the list of lethal opioid (Fentanyl) and other high risk drugs (Midazalom, Lorazepam, Ketorlac, Propofol, Cisatracurium, Precedex,Milrinone, Dobutamine, Remdesivir and Toxcilizumab and many others) leading to my daughter's death. Additionally, I have included her emergency room medical records and the sequence of events leading up to her final days in the hospital. Also included are Danielle's autopsy and toxicology report.
The substantial amount of evidence presented in this compilation strongly suggests that nefarious actions were the root cause of her tragic and painful death.Additionally, I am fully prepared to provide any additional information I have gathered to support your investigation. Simply inform me of your requirements, and I will promptly provide all necessary documentation.
Donnelly’s Office opened criminal complaint #990009-24. Notably, they did not say that the actions of hospital employees were protected under the PREP Act or any other legislation. Instead, her Office declined to investigate on an illegal basis.
They determined that the evidence submitted by Rebecca “was not legally sufficient to support a criminal prosecution at this time.” “For our office to prosecute a case in the criminal justice system, it is necessary that we have proof beyond a reasonable doubt that a particular offense was committed and the subject committed it.”
Donnelly’s District Attorney’s Office mistated their place in the legal system and their job responsibilites.
It is not the responsibility of Rebecca Charles to present proof beyond a reasonable doubt to the District Attorney. A citizen can make a criminal complaint, but it is the responsibility of the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation of murder if they believe that probable cause exists to do so.
Donnelly’s Office failed to execute their job duties as required by Law. They conducted no interviews of hospital employees familiar with the details of Danielle’s homicide. They subpoenaed no records. They could have requested the death totals and details of the homicidal methods that were used at Northwell before Danielle entered Northwell. Instead, they did nothing except communicate with Rebecca.
A subject of further reporting will be the collusion between Michael Dowling and Andrew Cuomo to kill elderly Medicaid patients at Northwell Heatlh to reduce the Medicaid burden of the state of New York and to receive Federal subsidies from the murders at Northwell Health.
In order to preserve her good reputation, I believe that Donnelly should have the opportunity to explain why her office failed to perform an investigation of Danielle Alvarez’s death. In that Donnelly would have had to investigate her boss, the Governor, again it is rational to assume some interference.
Either the New York State Attorney General’s office actively interfered, Donnelly is incompetent, or Donnelly was complicit with the conspiracy between Governor Cuomo and Northwell CEO Michael Dowling to commit homicide in the name of “COVID” for financial motives.
The New York State Attorney General’s office has an online form to file a complaint against Public Corruption or Corporate Wrongdoing to be used against public officials, elected representatives, charitable organizations, and more.

If a doctor took a knife and went into their patient's hospital room and started stabbing the patient all over their body and thus the patient dies, then that is murder. It was done on purpose. The doctor knew they were going to end the life of the patient.
Giving lethal drugs, over oxidating patients, no food, no water, on purpose is still murder if done on purpose. After awhile the hospital workers knew they were murdering people and kept doing it. Murder is murder whether done by a knife or poisoning people etc...
