I'm now up to 28 potential immune suppressive, pro tumor pathways. 29 if you include TMPRSS2 binding, which otherwise acts as a tumor suppressor. A couple of Substacks relevant to the discussion:

As an aside, I'm currently working on a literature review of berberine, and at least one study found a positive association with P53, leading to upregulation.
