This is a very sad turn in an already frustrating case of murder by doctors and nurses in the hospital.

Our society should not tolerate euthanasia of the disabled, but the world has been starving and neglecting much of its disabled population!

They are hiding behind the law. Where are the ABC groups who are supposed to protect the disabled? This is pitiful and pathetic, super dark, and evil.

I am in shock but also so very grateful that Rebecca has such an advocate as you, Charles. Thank you for all you do!

Does this mean you can take it to the Supreme Court? Where are all the Christian lawyers?

Thank you, Charles, you have been one of my biggest supporter, and helping me to seek justice!

You have such an ability to find the truth!

I’ve been looking at your type of case for a while now (along with KWatt, Sasha L, Sage H and others). I think the best bet is some sort of RICO/Deceptive Trade Practices case on the civil side. They’ve been planning for decades and have built-in the immunities. I’m not in their system but am ‘adjacent’ (ie.the Fed courts can review me at times). Your situation sickens me. I pray you get justice in this world but, for sure, you will get it in the next.

I hope Rebecca Charles is getting good legal counsel. Sometimes people come out of the woodwork to “help” your cause who are actually trying to sabotage you. I’ve experienced this myself, unfortunately.

She has not yet obtained legal counsel. She has filed a lawsuit pro se. Attorneys are telling her that the life of her daughter is equal to her earning potential, and since Danielle was disabled, the life of her daughter will be worth less than their expected % of a verdict. She needs to raise a significant amount of money to pay lawyers up front, unless one will choose to do the right thing for humanity's sake. This is her Give Send Go: https://www.givesendgo.com/JusticeforDanielle

Here (TX) an indictment means the grand jury (prompted by the DA) found that there is probable cause that the defendant committed the criminal offense. In my experience, the DA’s don’t advise a victim about the burden of proof in a civil case. If they don’t think there’s probable cause, they’ll decline it and not present it to the grand jury. Weasel words in this instance.
