Request for Paralegal Services

As many of you are aware, lawyers across the United States are refusing to accept wrongful death lawsuits against hospitals and doctors as they manage to get the word “COVID” written on the death certificates of their victims.

I am looking for a paralegal, law clerk, or anyone with knowledge of the forms and procedures necessary to file wrongful death lawsuits. You will not be required to give legal advice or practice law.

I’m trying to form a strategy to break through the legal blockades of our enemy. It is apparently illegal to practice law without a license. As I reside in the state of Alabama, I checked the legal code.

Ala. Code § 34-3-7

Section 34-3-7 - Penalty for practicing law without license or conspiring, aiding, or abetting in violation

Any person, firm or corporation who is not a regularly licensed attorney who does an act defined in this article to be an act of practicing law is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, must be punished as provided by law. Any person, firm or corporation who conspires with, aids and abets another person, firm or corporation in the commission of such misdemeanor must, on conviction, be punished as provided by law.

Should I, as a free American citizen, be scared to give legal advice to those people who have seen their family members murdered, while the lawyers of the United States ignore them?

“All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.” It looks as though the blockade of Justice is complete. Hospitals are killing Americans for renumeration from the Federal Government and lying about the cause of death. Lawyers, for whatever reason, will not challenge the Holocaust program, simply because “COVID” is on the death certificates. Because you can legally kill anyone in the United States in the name of COVID, according to lawyers, why should they bother to take a case?

Is this how the Republic ends?

I say, Damn the Misdemeanors! Full Speed Ahead! (I don’t mean to imply that Jessica is not one for action, because she is).

Murder is illegal in the United States. It says so right in the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the United States. “No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the Untited States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deeny to any person within its jurisdictin the equal protection of laws.“

You have to get in court to get your Due Process. But as we know, lawyers simply will not do the right thing for the public. America is a land of individuals. Our enemy wins when the incentives of every individual are to do nothing in the face of a Holocaust. They win when you have more money if you do not fight. Your job depends on going along with them. Your income depends on it. You may even go to jail if you fight back. So here we are.

To be clear, I do not think lawsuits are sufficient for the crimes committed. In the process of documenting the crimes in lawsuits, however, this same information can be used to file criminal charges. It is a more realistic process to start the proseuctions process with civil suits than relying on prosecutors to do their jobs, not that one of them can’t prove me wrong anytime they want to, and I hope one does.

There are conservatively over 100,000 patients who have been killed by Hospitals in the name of “COVID.” Lawyers have blockaded wrongful death lawsuits because they feel it is in their financial interests to do so.

So what can the strategy be in the face of this?

First of all, someone has to take a bit of risk. I’ll try my best to limit that risk to myself, but I can’t promise that anyone who assists me will not be charged for practicing law. As for myself, I think the odds of a jury in Alabama convicting me are below zero under the circumstances, and it’s only a misdemeanor anyway.

The way I see it, paralegals dot the i’s and cross the t’s. It is not necessary for the paralegal to give legal advice, or to even know the facts of the lawsuits.

Essentially the Request for Paralegal Services is to get a blank wrongful death lawsuit against a Hospital prepared for a Plaintiff. And then, once the details are filled out by the Plaintiff, make sure all of the formatting is correct.

The first case I would like to see filed will be in the state of New York against Northwell Health Glen Cove Hospital.

I have looked at the Eastern District Court of New York “forms” section and it is NOT user friendly. I want it done right the first time.

I would say “action, not words,” but we do need the words- it's just that the words need to go on a piece of paper that you fold up and put in an envelope and put a stamp on and send to the appropriate Court.
