As many of you are aware, lawyers across the United States are refusing to accept wrongful death lawsuits against hospitals and doctors as they manage to get the word “COVID” written on the death certificates of their victims.
I believe you state your strongest case without trying to work around their "get out of jail free" legislation. Whatever defense they put up, tear it down. These hospitals are literally killing people for renumeration in slow motion and thinking they are untouchable because the government said it was OK. I'm not playing their game. Whatever their defense is, is wrong. There is no defense.
Katherine Watt, who writes Baliwick News in Substack, is a paralegal. She might be able to give you some ideas for obtaining competent paralegal resources like you're searching for.
You could start with a small claims case and file pro se. Actually if you file pro se you are not practicing without a license. A small claims case that is not officially settled between the parties can go to trial and the judge can compel witnesses. You'd have to think about who to file against (person, LLC, etc). Warning: NOT legal advice, I am not a lawyer.
I just doesn't feel right to file a wrongful death suit in small claims, but thants. I think the CEOs of hospitals need to be held responsible along with the doctors.
Agree re: wrongful death. I was thinking of something less egregious, nibbling away at the edges of the crime. Something where the defendant doesn't want to spend a fortune in legal costs to defend a mere small claim. Such as not keeping the vial at correct temperature at xyz location...I have not given this a lot of thought, just thinking it would be good to start with something that will not attract major law firms for defense.
Working on getting that template now.
I would love to help you!! I'm not a paralegal but know quite a lot about law and would love to help go after the murderous establishments.
Well, I still need a wrongful death lawsuit template for the appropriate US District Court in New York. Also, the lawsuit itself needs to be written. Here is the case: https://deathbyhospitalprotocol.com/the-tragic-story-of-rebeccas-daughter/
Didn’t the Patriot Act and The Emergency Act take away our Rights, Constitution and Freedoms?
Only if you think so and don't fight back.
I hear ya.
It was a question.
Because I wasn’t sure.
I agree with you 100%

Welcome to the Criminal Injustice System - another aspect of our permanent enslavement by the criminal organization commonly known as government.

I want their best defense, and I want to destroy it permanently.
