Robert Malone has some serious questions to answer about DOMANE's selection of famotadine

Robert Malone recently told a gathering in Toronto that there was an effort to divide the "resistance."

"There's something happening right now worldwide. I think a lot of us have felt the force of a concerted effort to try to tear us apart. And to some extent it's working. And it comes under the guise of these words like controlled opposition. There is an effort right now, to destroy, as the truth is coming out, to destroy the integrity of the resistance groups all across the world." Robert Malone, October 8, 2022.

My opinion on Malone has changed since I first heard of him. I initially heard of Malone when I began searching for information on mRNA. I'd never heard of mRNA, and the government expected us all to take it. After I exhausted some scientific papers, I searched for mRNA on Twitter, and there was Malone. This was before the publicity about Malone occurred. I found him to be a credible and trustworthy source of information, because not only was he heavily involved in the development of mRNA vaccine methods, he was a source of information for things that the mainstream media was censoring. The "horse farmer and carpenter" personality was also very reassuring to me. I’m blue collar myself.

I didn't know that Malone was the "point man" for DTRA in their response to COVID-19 at that point.

I think this story is still emerging. I'm not drawing conclusions yet. The goal of this article is to lay out a series of facts and events to become a basis for conversation to understand the other side of Robert Malone, the DTRA side, not the horse farmer side.

I created a timeline of some events that I think are relevant to Malone early in the COVID response. I have included Ian Lipkin in this timeline because he was involved in the very early phases of the COVID-19 response, and it helps to provide a context of the reaction in the United States to the news emerging from China. I do not know if Lipkin communicated with Robert Malone.

Below the timeline, I will quote the analysis of a blogger at a site called Housatonic. His theme is that the DOMANE system intentionally flagged poor and false cures for COVID-19, and that was part of the reason that trials of effective therapeutics like Ivermectin were not done.

As always, I am open to criticism. This is a learning process. If there are facts which you believe should be presented to defend Malone and the implications raised here, please add them in the comments section. I hope and expect that Malone will soon address the issues raised here.

December 08, 2019. This is the date of the first confirmed case of what was later described COVID-19, according to the WHO.

December 11, 2019. This is the date of a document prepared to describe DOMANE. "Development of Medical Countermeasures against Novel Entities." “Novel” is important. The date is important. This screenshot comes from the blogger Housatonic. He described it as a preprint, because it had several typos in it. For more information on this, I suggest you contact him. I can’t say for a fact that this is a legitimate document.

December 15, 2019. Ian Lipkin tells Spike Lee in a documentary that he first heard about the outbreak in China on December 15, 2019. The screenshot below comes from zeynep tufekci on Twitter. Jesse Bloom of Bloom Lab said on Twitter that he was in a meeting with Ian Lipkin who again said that he first heard of the outbreak on December 15, 2019. "I was recently at meeting where Ian Lipkin confirmed that he was told on Dec 15 by a Chinese colleague of coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan: Hard to see how he’s told this on Dec 15 without quite a few known cases by then (30/n)". Angela Rasmussen remarked on Twitter: "I worked in Ian Lipkin's center in 2019. We had a faculty meeting on Dec 16th. If Ian heard this the day before, he didn't share it then.  This seeming lack of urgency is unusual and out of character for this "master virus hunter". By Jan 3rd, he was racing to get to China ASAP."

December 31, 2019. China reports an outbreak to the WHO. This outbreak was not identified as a coronavirus to the WHO at this point as far as I can tell.

December 31, 2019.

Ian Lipkin told BBC that George Gao, head of China’s CDC, called to tell him that the disease in Wuhan was caused by a coronavirus.

“Epidemiologist Ian Lipkin of Columbia University in New York was also trying to reach Gao. Just as he was having dinner to ring in the New Year, Gao returned his call. The details Lipkin reveals about their conversation offer new insights into what leading Chinese officials were prepared to say at this critical point. He had identified the virus. It was a new coronavirus. And it was not highly transmissible. This didn't really resonate with me because I'd heard that many, many people had been infected," Lipkin told the BBC. "I don't think he was duplicitous, I think he was just wrong." Lipkin says he thinks Gao should have released the sequences they had already obtained. My view is that you get it out. This is too important to hesitate. Gao, who refused the BBC's requests for an interview, has told state media that the sequences were released as soon as possible, and that he never said publicly that there was no human-to-human transmission.”

January 03, 2020. "The government of China honored Ian Lipkin with a medal recognizing his profound impact on their country." Columbia.edu. Lipkin, closely associated with EcoHealth, helped China set up their version of a CDC after their “SARS1” outbreak in 2003.

January 04, 2020. Robert Malone: "There's a CIA agent that I've co-published with in the past named Michael Callahan. ... He called me from Wuhan on January 4. I was currently managing a team (at Alchem) that was focused on drug discovery for organophosphate poisoning for ... DTRA. ... involving high-performing computing and bio-robot screening. And he told me Robert you gotta get your team spun up because we've got a problem with this new virus." Quote from Joe Rogan Show, January 1, 2022.

January 07, 2020. The WHO identifies a "NOVEL CORONAVIRUS." The word “novel” is important, because that means Malone gets to search the DOMANE . DOMANE means Development of WHO: "The Chinese authorities identified a new type of coronavirus (novel coronavirus, nCoV), which was isolated on 7 January 2020. Laboratory testing was conducted on all suspected cases identified through active case finding and retrospective review. Other respiratory pathogens such as influenza, avian influenza, adenovirus, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV), Middle East Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) were ruled out as the cause."

January 10, 2020. "After isolating the virus from patients, Chinese scientists on Jan. 10 posted online its genetic sequence. Because companies that work with messenger RNA don’t need the virus itself to create a vaccine, just a computer that tells scientists what chemicals to put together and in what order, researchers at Moderna, BioNTech, and other companies got to work." Stat News. (One of the implications here is that mRNA vaccines are just computer codes. They can modify that code any way they want and send it to any market without the recipients knowing what they are taking or what the mRNA code will do to them. It is essentially an untestable "black box" technology to create genetic changes in the human race that some people blindly accept. This forms the heart of my opposition to Robert Malone, because he will not simply call to stop the use of this technology, period).

January 10, 2020. From Robert Malone, Professional Experience. “Currently, Dr. Malone is leading a large team since January 10, 2020, focused on clinical research design, drug development, computer modeling and mechanisms of action of repurposed drugs for COVID-19 treatment. This work has included multiple manuscripts summarizing most recent findings relating to famotidine and overall insights into the mechanism of COVID-19 disease, and others focused on celecoxib and famotidine are being reviewed for publication.” (This section added October 14, 2022).

January 11, 2020: Robert Malone: "(I) started modeling a key protein protease inhibitor of this virus when the sequence was released on January 11 as the Wuhan Seafood Market virus. ... I'm the one who originally discovered famotadine as an agent because I was self-treating myself after I got infected. With agents that we had identified through the computer modeling." Quote from Joe Rogan Show, January 1, 2022. Based on what did Robert Malone identify famotadine from within DOMANE? Again, I don’t trust “black boxes.” The program and the data need to be made public. Why should the most important health decisions imaginable for the people of the United States be trusted to a secret code and secret data?

February 12, 2020. Robert and Jill Malone publish “Novel Coronavirus: A Practical Guide for Preparation and Protection.” (This section added October 14, 2022).

February 27-28, 2020. Robert Malone:   “I've also been infected twice. Once before I was infected at the end of February, because I was attending a MIT conference on drug discovery and artificial intelligence.” “I'm the one who originally discovered famotadine as an agent because I was self-treating myself after I got infected with agents that we had identified through the computer modeling. My lungs were burning until I took famotodine and that relieved that.”     Quotes from Joe Rogan Show, January 1, 2022.

The AI Powered Drug Discovery and Manufacturing CONFERENCE 2020 was February 27 - 28, 2020 at MIT, Cambridge, MA.  (This section added October 14, 2022).

What happened later with the clinical trials is still an issue I'm struggling to understand. So I'll cut off the timeline here. I just want to focus on DOMANE in this article.

Here is what Housatonic made of DOMANE. I recommend that everyone watch the video, because he presented a great deal more analysis than I will present here, but here are some highlights:

15:45 mark: "December 2019. Maybe someone can provide some evidence that they happened to have been working on this thing for several years ahead of time. That might make me say you know what, maybe. This seems like something that was cobbled together at the last minute to reduce the possibility that other therapeutics would have been considered before saying we needed new solutions because this was a novel pathogen, a never-before-seen pathogen. Sounds like something that was cobbled together to roadblock other potential therapeutics."

9:07 mark: "If the bat and the pangolin have a roll in the hay under the moonlight, create a new pathogen, next thing you know, they're sharing spaghetti, like in that Disney movie, at the wet market in China, and the disease starts spreading around, sure enough, the military, the DTRA, will have a system in place to help us know if there's something out there that could help. Because there's thousands of different kinds of pills out there, on-label, off-label, homeopathic solutions, etc. If something can help, the way the Emergency Use Authorization was written, that thing has to be used first. If something's out there that's available to use you have to use that first. Otherwise, if there isn't anything, well that means you have to pursue a new solution for your novel, never-before-seen pathogen. So in other words, there was no opportunity to state we need a new medication for COVID-19 unless there was a computer program out there which said nothing ... out there would work. They needed that, hence this piece of software was necessary. And it was only up and running for a few days before it was tested by Robert Malone."

10:56 mark: "Ivermectin could have been tested, but one of the reasons is got log-jammed is because their weren't enough people to test it on. ... Someone wanted to do the hydroxychloroquine thing, and you know what? Couldn't do that. You know why? Not enough people to test it on. You know why? Because the people they wanted to test it on, were all taking Pepcid AC.”

I note here that Malone has blamed both Merck and the FDA for blocking Ivermectin trials. The timeline of the trials, and of the "ACTIV" group are not clear to me at this point and need further research.

Malone: "So this whole story line that I somehow represent controlled opposition is completely orthogonal to the facts. In fact, one of the things that I said was that the representative from Merck, Inc that was on the committee, he actively tried to block the clinical trials of Ivermectin that was run through the ACTIV clinical trials working group." "The FDA blocked us from being able to do- this the DoD- blocked the DoD from being able to do trials with Ivermectin." Robert Malone interview to LifeSite news, September 28, 2022.

I have not seen where Malone has discussed the issue raised by Housatonic, that the famotadine trails used resources that could and should have been allocated to Ivermectin trials, at least in hindsight.

I further have questions about the basis for selecting famotadine within the DOMANE system. The system seems to have chosen famotadine based on patient data from Wuhan. You can read about this likely basis in Science for now if you like. This data raises very serious implications to me concerning potential coordination between entities in the United States and China to create a waste of resources to block trials of effective therapeutics.
