Never attribute to malice that which can be sufficiently explained by human stupidity.

I don't think it can be explained by human stupidity. Not artificial intelligence programs. I think relying on the program was something they could rely on for a scapegoat. A false basis of medical theory. I think the underlying methods and data of this AI program "DOMANE" will tell a story. Who programmed it? What was the program? What was the data?

The conclusion looks sound, to me. By that I mean that it is worth looking into the use of DOMANE as a tool to suppress the search for alternative treatments. It would be interesting to see how Event201 put together their plan to both suppress the search for treatments, via something like DOMANE, and the details of the active discrediting of Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine as effective treatments. I don't have the resources to look at the timelines between the roll out of the plandemic and the active dismissal, via msm and the medical journals, of those treatments.

I looked into the EVENT 201 recommendations, here: https://www.centerforhealthsecurity.org/our-work/exercises/event201/event201-resources/200117-PublicPrivatePandemicCalltoAction.pdf

Both the Dec 2019 "DOMANE" document and the OCT 2019 "EVENT 201" recommendations use the term "medical countermeasure" a lot. "Countermeasure" seems like a term used more frequently in the military field than the medical field.

Perhaps DOMANE was conceived to fill a gap in preparedness identified in EVENT 201?

Good question. Event 201 was hosted October 18, 2019 between Johns Hopkins, the World Economic Forum and the Gates Foundation. Malone has certainly went on a tear to publicize the WEF since then.

I'm hoping that some others will pick up the timeline on how some products were tested and some dismissed, because when I listen to Malone's comments, he isn't specific on dates. I'm not sure where to get that information.

Another interesting twist in a kind of parallel timeline was the distribution in 2018 of covid-19 emergency kits. A company tracks products being shipped. After things got 'hot', the company changed the name of the product from 'covid-19' to something else. The wayback machine got the original listing.
