Texas Governor Greg Abbott Must Resign over COVID Protocol Murders in Texas
Evidence is clear; Prosecutions of Hospital Administrators and Texas DSHS Administration must begin
The following opinion is my own.
Dr. Mary Bowden, facing a Medical Review Board in Texas for successfully treating patients with Ivermectin and other products while hospitals killed their patients based on Federal protocols, reported some statistics that I found to be shocking.
Twitter, Feb 27:
I reconnected w/ @BethforCongress over the weekend…hero lawyer who represented Jason Jones and his wife. She and co-counsel Ralph Lorigo filed 189 cases for hospitalized patients trying to get ivermectin. 80 cases went to hearings/trial. They won about 40 and lost about 40. With the exception of Jason Jones, every single case lost the client died. Every case that was won, where the client got the ivermectin, the patient lived with exception of 2 (38/40.). The remaining 109 cases that didn’t go to a hearing, unfortunately the court system along with hospital attorneys delayed proceedings…all those clients died before we could get into court. There were also cases where they worked out the protocol with the hospital attorneys and the hospital agreed to give ivermectin and they didn’t need to file a case. Beth said they are horrible stats for an atty. The issue was the politics. She would look up judge and knew if the judge was a democrat they would lose and if a republican they would win. That’s how it ended up shaking out. It was divided on party lines. They never won a case with a Democrat judge, and only lost one case with a Republican judge. Beth said “Ivermectin became the conspiracy drug for the right wing…that’s how it was portrayed in the media.”
I know we’re all a little numb to this by now, but let’s snap out of it: The Governor of Texas should be demanding that the State Attorney General bring hospital administrators up on homicide charges. The Governor of Texas takes an Oath of Office:
"I, ________, do solemnly swear, that I will faithfully execute the duties of the office of Governor of the State of Texas, and will to the best of my ability preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States and of this State, so help me God."And since he has refused to u, he must resign.
Murder is illegal in the State of Texas and in the Constitution of the United States.
Texas Penal Code Section 19.03, CAPITAL MURDER, states “the person commits the murder for remuneration or the promise of remuneration or employs another to commit the murder for remuneration or the promise of remuneration;
Hospital Administrators in Texas absolutely had to know that their death rates were terribly higher than that of doctors in private practice. Now we know how bad it was, thanks to the information provided by Dr. Bowden.
By my math that’s 189 total cases. 39 out of 41 (95.1%) survived with Ivermectin, 0 out of 148 (0%) survived without it.
It’s that black and white. There’s no gray area. It was murder. For government administration, we’ll have to get more facts to judge whether premeditated or negligent. For Hospital Administrators, Murder for money is Capital Murder in the Great State of Texas. That means well over 100 Hospital Directors who should be facing the death penalty in Texas, looks like.
These Hospitals received money for every “COVID” death they could create.
You can say that the data reported by Dr. Bowden is a low sample size if you want. That suits me just fine. My reply: Get a Governor in Texas that will uphold the Oath of Office, defend the lives of citizens of Texas, and subpoena the relevant data from Hospitals in Texas. Stop pretending like this didn’t happen. It happened. It’s still happening.
Texas Governor Abbot is a disgrace to Texas. Abbot has a history of kissing the deadly Pharmaceutical Industry’s ass. The Texas Tribune wrote:
In the early months of 2016, as U.S. overdose deaths were on track to break records and the number of Texas infants born addicted to opioid painkillers climbed steadily higher, Gov. Greg Abbott was courting a massive pharmaceutical company, McKesson, with a multimillion-dollar offer.
How do you stand it, Texas? Get rid of him.
A state that still takes pride in it’s history as the former Republic of Texas, Independent of the United States, is now killing its citizens based on detailed rules from the Federal Government.
In addition to Hospital Administrators, Administration in Texas Department of State Services should also be charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide, at a minimum. This means you, Dr. Jennifer A. Shuford, Commissioner.
First fact: Texas DSHS misrepresented COVID death rates in Texas by shifting deaths resulting from vaccination to other categories in the first 14 days following vaccination in order to trick the public of Texas into taking a deadly product in a deceptive and malicious manner. That’s right, for two weeks after being injected with a mRNA poison, in the period where your body has not yet developed antibodies to the toxic spike proteins generated by the mRNA, and is way more susceptible to dying as a result of the poison shots, they lie about it and call that period unvaccinated. That’s a criminal misrepresentation of death rates in order to increase death. Who the hell, other than them, even knows what the real rates are.
Texas DSHS further distributed large amounts of Remdesivir to hospitals and took no corrective actions and made no public announcements about the terribly high Remdesivir death rates, which we can only guess at. Texas announced on July 04, 2020:
Governor Greg Abbott today announced that the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is distributing 448 cases of the antiviral drug remdesivir to 157 hospitals across Texas. These cases have been provided to DSHS through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This is the sixth round of distribution from the federal government. At 448 cases, this is the largest distribution and is enough to treat approximately 1,792 patients. This brings the state total to 1,425 cases distributed since May 12.
Subscribers here are well aware of the deadly nature of Remdesivir. If Texas DSHS had observed the terribly high death rates of Remdesivir, took action to make a public recall and ban the product, this wouldn’t be as bad as it is now. They could say that they didn’t know the products would cause death and that they took appropriate action. But they didn’t do that. Too many people are dead now and employees at DSHS are due the consequences under Texas Law.
Texas Penal Code Sec. 19.05. CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE. (a) “A person commits an offense if he causes the death of an individual by criminal negligence.” Again, charges can be increased, especially if they were receiving money for this death program somehow.
Meanwhile, the Texas Medical Board has the nerve to bring a doctor to hearings that could take her license to practice medicine- a doctor that has treated 5,500+ COVID patients without losing one.
The strategy of the Murderers in Texas is to double down, double down, double down. If you go all in, you can make them show the cards you know that they desperately are trying to avoid showing. Get rid of the Governor and make them show the cards.
They have nothing to show but death and the money they received for it.

I agree we have to hold the physicians and medical team accountable who went along with the NIH protocol and refused patients requests for alternative treatments like ivermectin. Even requests for Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc supplements were denied. How ridiculous was that? The one thing that probably none of them realize is that in fine print on the protocol under the instructions for dosages of Remdesivir, it clearly states "This protocol is only a recommendation. Physicians should use their experience and training and the patient 's condition when prescribing a course of treatment." That may not be the exact wording, but it is the implied statement. In others words, it was a suggestion, and if something goes wrong , it's all on you. So the NIH and Fauci will throw all those Doctors, Hospital Administrators and anyone who followed the protocol under the bus. There's not going to be any getting out of it. And I don't think you can give immunity against murder. The attorney general's in these states should be investigating this. Indict one of them, and the dam will open. I think that's what they are afraid of.
I am a long time Texas resident, since early 80's, and for the record...I entirely concur here.
Recently, there was an online Houston Chronicle (the only major newspaper in all of Houston, Tx for many years) concerning the fact that Dr. Bowden's lawsuit for defamation (i believe) was dismissed. Very unfortunately, the comments to this article were filled with folks praising the demonization of this good doctor. I really don't understand how they cheer on the take down of a person trying to and actually saving lives? Just a very sad comment on the state of society.
More specific to Gov Abbott.... I know of how Greg maintained his own personal injury lawsuit stemming from the incident wherein a tree fell on him thus causing his paraplegia. As of the 2016 governor's election, he was still receiving six figure yearly annuity payments from his personal injury settlement (good for him he deserves it). However, when he was a Tx Supreme Court justice, he was known as quite conservative, pro-big business and insurance companies, and seemed to do his best to set down court rulings against most all other personal injury claimants. Sometimes, his rulings consisted of what they call 'reversed and rendered' taking away an injured person's highly favorable jury trial award, such that not only do they lose their award/judgement, the case is over once and for all... injured claimant loses everything contrary to what the jury decided.
Geez, you'd think the guy would try to champion for those that suffered a similar plight as he?
