Sean Stone and Steve Kirsch had a very interesting conversation in 2023 where Kirsch in no uncertain terms outed himself as a “Malthusian” who is in favor of limiting population growth along the exact same lines as London Economist Thomas Malthus had laid out in the late 18th early 19th century.
In my education in Economics at Auburn University, after taking a very boring course on History of Economic Thought, Malthus was considered a laughing stock. People today say there are 7 Billion reasons why Malthus was wrong. Bill Gates knows this full well as he traces his finger along population growth beginning in the 19th century in the videos below. The population increased despite the dire predictions of Malthus that the population would collapse due to disease, or outbreeding the food supply. And it increased despite the best efforts of the Malthusians to kill the public with World Wars and the like. It is not that they try to control population, it is that they try to rule the world. There is great money to be made in all mass murder programs. Our downfall is always their gain.

Who knows what the holding limit of population is for planet Earth? But whatever it is, it will reach equilibrium by natural forces at some distant point, the same as all species do in their environment. This is a point where the Artificial Intelligence Malthusian Agent Smith, the enemy of mankind in The Matrix, was wrong.
It’s clear that Kirsch had viewed the video of Bill Gates describing how vaccines limit population growth. He seemed to refer to it at several points. Gates and Kirsch both describe the process as some sort of “education” process rather than a sterilization and murder process. It’s an odd thing to me that Kirsch said twice that he has never seen the “smoking gun memo from Bill Gates showing he’s a bad guy.” In fact I believe there is one.
I wrote about PATH in 2023, the organization that was essentially acquired by the Gates Foundation. Upon information and belief, I believe that PATH was devoted to reducing human population by including sterilization and abortive agents into vaccines. The “Smoking Gun Memo” was, I believe, written by Gordon Perkins while at the Ford Foundation in 1973.
The Memo was titled ““Contraceptive introduction, manufacture, and supply.” I have been unable to find a copy of this memo either, Mr. Kirsch. If anyone can find a copy of it, I would greatly appreciate it if you would include it in the comments section. Here’s an excerpt from the article I wrote earlier:

Gordon Perkin's first job was as a contraceptive salesman in Ontario in the 1950s before the use of contraceptives became common. In 1964, Perkin became associate medical director for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. In 1966, he joined the Ford Foundation, became their “population adviser” and spread his goal of "planned parenthood" to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Mexico and Brazil.
In 1973, while in Brazil working for the Ford Foundation, Perkin wrote an influential memo titled "Contraceptive introduction, manufacture, and supply.” This memo is simply referred to as the CIMS memo.
I have not been able to locate a copy of the 1973 CIMS memo, but the CIMS is described as outlining a vision to bring a large scale birth reduction program into lower and middle income class countries (LMICs).
“One can draw a straight line from the CIMS memo to PATH to PDPs to GAVI and to the RHSC. Gordon’s vision, conceived in the early 1970s while with the Ford Foundation, has changed the world,” LAFF reported. LAFF is an acronym for “Life after Ford Foundation.”
Rich Mahoney, at the Ford Foundation's headquarters in New York, received the population-reducing CIMS memo with great enthusiasm. And four years later in 1977, Perkin, Mahoney and Duncan formed “Program for the Introduction and Adaptation of Contraceptive Technology”(PIACT).
And where exactly does Robert Malone come in? He didn’t specify. All he told Carlson was “I was a consultant for PATH, which is one of their core companies.” By consultant, that almost certainly means vaccine technology consultant.
GATES FOUNDATION AND PATH
In 1994, the William H. Gates Foundation was formed. As Doctor Malone alluded to, PATH became the core of the Gates Foundation.
In 1995, Gates Sr. approached Gordon Perkin at the Planned Parenthood branch of Seattle "seeking advice and information on family planning issues for his son's new philanthropic outlet, the Gates Foundation." Gates Sr. served on the national board of Planned Parenthood.
Perkin, in turn, informed Gates Sr. of his interest in vaccinating children in LMICs. Perkin's interest was described in one source as an effort to address "growing crisis in childhood immunizations." Gates Sr. offered PATH $750,000 “for projects related to family planning and reproductive health.”
Gordon Perkin was hired as the first director of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Global Health Program in September 1999. William Foege was named Senior Advisor. A press release of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation quoted Perkin describing how the Gates were following his vision of contraception and vaccination:
"Bill and Melinda Gates are in the process of establishing themselves as major contributors toward the goal to which I've dedicated my career: improving health of women and children,' said Dr. Perkin.” The photo below shows Perkin holding a vaccine in his office in Seattle in July 2000.

At the end of the video below there is a short description of Robert Malone of his involvement with PATH. This video begins with Steve Kirsch again defending Bill Gates. Kirsch said that killing 1 out of 1000 “is not the way to do it” (reduce population). Kirsch ignores the widely-reported effects on reduced fertility associated with the fake “COVID” vaccines.

These crazy loons need to get a new hobby & stop focusing on population control. If they’re so damn worried about it then go ahead & take yourselves out of the game. Then they won’t need to be concerned anymore. Populations can manage themselves. People are born, people die. Natural disasters occur that take large swaths of people out, as well as, diseases & accidents & all sorts of things. I wish they’d focus on innovation of things that would be useful in helping mankind flourish. Innovate ways to clean up the environment from plastics & chemicals. Focus on positive impacts, not deciding which humans must go to make more room for themselves & have more resources. This focus on nefarious ways to kill off populations is so diabolical. It shows their psychopathy. They are the problem here. They should just take themselves out already. And be done.
Steve, Steve are you really this naive or are you getting some benefits from Gates? He IS evil and injections ARE a good way to depopulate. He knows EXACTLY what he is doing. People die over a period of years from the injection so as not to draw attention. If billions were dying it would create way too much attention. They have been killing us for years. In 1974 they predicted we would have a global population of 8 billion by 2000. We hit 8 billion in 2022. Did they make a prediction error? No they did not. They actually slowed down population growth by 22 years. Vaccination is the PERFECT way to murder billions of people (and sterilized many) is the perfect way to do it without detection.
