I think Callahan , Pottinger and Malone are players, but thats it, and while CIA has a role I think a big picture look at things shows this is Global , US led Military Operation. Guys like Malone and Fauci are Front Men meant to lead us away from seeing it as Military Op and point to CIA , China and Fauci (a patsy, anyone really believes the Military allows Fauci to run the nations bio defense program, be is a cover so the military's role is ignored).
Malone serves as controlled opposition to push the China agenda of the MIC and no doubt sell the next Pandemic (airborne Ebola?) as legit and dont worry the vaccines are safe because was involved .
