US Department of Veteran's Affairs employee suggests filing claims at VA for Vaccine Injuries
A subscriber passed an article along to me from American Family News, published December 28, 2023. Whistleblower urges vaccinated vets to take VA to task for forcing the jab. This reader would also like to know if this statute could apply to Remdesivir injury in VA hospitals.
"Trey Fleming" (a pseudonym) is currently employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The whistleblower is calling on veterans to act and hold the VA accountable, encouraging them to make claims about physical and mental injuries attributed to the processes used by the Department of Veterans Affairs to administer the COVID-19 "vaccine."
According to Fleming, veterans who received the jab at a Department of Veterans Affairs facility and were physically injured or suffer mental health symptoms as a result of lack of informed consent or coercion are eligible to file a claim under 38 U.S.C. 1151.
At heart of the issue is coercion and lack of informed consent.
In addition to the physical harm caused by the jab that's being largely ignored, Fleming points out that "not communicating risks, exaggerating benefits, or employing emotional appeals violates the principles of informed consent as outlined in both 38 CFR § 17.32 and the M21-1 [adjudication procedures] manual."
VA Title 38 U.S.C. 1151 says:
If you suffered an added disability, or your existing disability got worse, while you were getting VA medical care or taking part in a VA employment program, you may be able to get compensation. Keep reading to find out if you may be eligible.
The Army rescinded the vaccine requirement for the fake virus on January 10, 2023.
… on Dec. 29, 2022, the Army directed commanders to suspend separation actions for Soldiers refusing the COVID-19 vaccine. On Jan. 10, 2023, the Secretary of Defense issued a memorandum, in accordance with the 2023 NDAA, that rescinded the COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
Senator Marc Rubio and colleagues wrote on October 10, 2023:
Thousands of U.S. military service members were discharged from service as a result of refusing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. While many service members opted to receive the vaccine to continue their service, some have experienced lasting negative health impacts from the vaccine.
U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and colleagues sent a letter to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Secretary Denis McDonough asking the Department to clarify the VA’s policies surrounding COVID-19 vaccine related injuries, including how the VA determines disability benefits for such injuries.
“If our government is asking service members to receive a vaccine, we must be cognizant that there will be unintended side effects that may cause lifelong impacts on their health. We must keep our promise to support our service members, including ensuring those who come to the VA for help with COVID-19 vaccine injuries are justly compensated and receive the care that they deserve.”
Joining Rubio were Senators Rick Scott (R-FL), Ted Cruz (R- TX), Tom Cotton (R-AR), Steve Daines (R-MT), and Mike Braun (R-IN).
If you have any experience or understanding about this claim process please share it in the comments section. It’s unclear to me if the get-out-of-jail langage in the “Prep Act” would apply to the VA’s own policies. I would think it is up to Congress. With the amount of support that paying claims to Veterans has in Congress, there’s a good chance that valid vaccine injury claims would be paid, it seems like.
I certainly agree with this part:
"By filing claims en masse, veterans can prompt investigations and enforce transparency, ensuring their rights and welfare are upheld," he adds.
If nothing else it creates a digitial record.

If i were a veteran who received a covid shot at a VA facility and suffered injury as a result, I would act upon the advice in this article. Without informed consent, you were tricked and coerced into risking your life and health in exchange for a lie.
You'd have nothing to lose by filing a claim, even if rejected, and may, if done in large enough numbers, trigger media attention, an investigation, or eventual compensation.
We live in an insane world run by insane people. With the VA you can spend years getting a causal link validated but eventually it happens ie. Agent Orange a Vietnam War injury. The insanity is that Covid bio weapon tends to harm in so many ways that the causal link will take an eternity to validate and all the injured will be dead. Where were the Representatives in government trying to protect the vets when the vax was mandated for military personnel? Why did no one speak up then? These Representatives were exempted from having to take the kill shot, why? Me thinks in an election year this is campaigning to win the military vote, these Representatives are motivated by self interest. As usual too little too late - our “killer government at work.
