The VA continues to push the death jab on us disabled veterans.

As far as the process for filling a claim, retaining a law firm that specializes in VA compensation will greatly increase your chances of winning an increase in benefits.

Meanwhile another couple billion for Ukrainian pensions...FJB

VA pushing the covid shot and the flu shot at the same time totally ignoring the fact that it could increase the risk of stroke.

Also, they are pushing the shingles vaccine which has a FDA black box warning on it for developing Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

Just think about it what a large number of guinea pigs for the military to track. Oh, they say they are not tracking outcomes don’t buy it this is one of the greatest cross sections of people available for tracking outcomes. Did the vax perform as anticipated? Yes and now more mRNA will be used in next vax to continue the success or elimination of excess population further. The democide continuers , re enlist and we’ll find another way to make you sick for life your military at work! You cannot make this stuff up.

Wait a minute! I thought they claimed until now "they're safe and effective." So much they went blue in the face from it.

It would be interesting to see the response from VA (I suspect they will be extremely slow on it and stonewalling). However, here is what the referenced statute says:

"Am I eligible for compensation from VA?

You may be eligible if you suffered an added disability, or your existing disability got worse, as the direct result of any of the reasons listed here. The added disability (or disability that got worse) must not have been a reasonably expected result or complication of treatment.

At least one of these must have led directly to an added disability or to your disability getting worse:

VA carelessness or negligence, or

VA medical or surgical treatment, or

A VA health exam, or

A VA vocational rehabilitation course (under 38 U.S.C. Chapter 31), or

VA compensated work therapy (CWT)(under 38 U.S.C. 1718)"

I am not a disability expert, and would like to hear from someone more knowledgeable on this. But reading it, I can see that VA's response is likely to be claiming it was not carelessness or negligence (because of PREP act), and it wasn't any of those other things mentioned as criteria (technically correct). So I doubt this approach will bring justice or true compensation to the victims.

We live in an insane world run by insane people. With the VA you can spend years getting a causal link validated but eventually it happens ie. Agent Orange a Vietnam War injury. The insanity is that Covid bio weapon tends to harm in so many ways that the causal link will take an eternity to validate and all the injured will be dead. Where were the Representatives in government trying to protect the vets when the vax was mandated for military personnel? Why did no one speak up then? These Representatives were exempted from having to take the kill shot, why? Me thinks in an election year this is campaigning to win the military vote, these Representatives are motivated by self interest. As usual too little too late - our “killer government at work.

If i were a veteran who received a covid shot at a VA facility and suffered injury as a result, I would act upon the advice in this article. Without informed consent, you were tricked and coerced into risking your life and health in exchange for a lie.

You'd have nothing to lose by filing a claim, even if rejected, and may, if done in large enough numbers, trigger media attention, an investigation, or eventual compensation.

Even if a claim is rejected, there is a paper trail that can be reopened if things change.

The vets injured from exposure to Agent Orange were not successful at the first go-around.

Nothing will ever happen unfortunately...there are still hundreds of veterans waiting on their law suit settlement from Camp Ligune. How many yrs. that's been going on... my friend still waiting after 10+ yrs. Finished his chemo and radiation therapy 11 mths ago. for lymphoma from being at the camp for 3 yrs. He now has blood cancer. He'd love to do natural treatment but..of course our VA doesn't offer anything like that, just the "standard treatment", chemo, radiation, pills....They should have a choice!! (no he didn't take any jabs) It sickens me the people we help elect are more concerned about people in other countries. Unfortunately, this veteran friend of mine isn't having a Happy New Year, as many aren't in this sad situation. Maybe they'll get compensation 50 yrs from now from the jabs and camp Ligune...cuz it won't be happening any time soon...😞😕

Sorry to hear about your friend. I would use natural cures even if it cost me money but that's his choice and I wish him the best. I lost someone to chemo and radiation and would do it differently if I could do it over.

Thank you kindly! Natural medicine is the way to go!

The military knows they were in the wrong. They have even sent letters to those they kicked out for refusing the shots, begging them to come back.

Of course the military knows they were in the wrong. They (The Department of Defense / DARPA) are the ones who developed the clot shots. They knew exactly what they were doing, and what the outcome would be.

I know that. The point of my comment was that they are begging those who declined and were fired to come back.

Probably so they can send them off to a meat grinder in some far off land. They are clearly attempting to do away with our military. Why else would they, the ones who developed the clot shots, mandate them for our soldiers?

Agreed.

Sadly when republicans had the chance to reinstate soldiers who were kicked out of the military for not getting jabbed they voted against it. And according to Katherine Watts the government is immune to lawsuits because of how previous administrations wrote the law for health emergencies.

Republicans say that they are the party that supports the military, but they have stayed silent too many times and of course they have no problem sending troops hither and yon so that corporations can steal countries resources. No they aren’t defending America. Trump admitted that the troops in Syria are just there to steal the oil.

Katherine Watt is great. She and Sasha Latypova have done TONS of research on the matter, and pretty much have figured it all out. I follow both of them here on Substack. Katherine Watt is "Bailiwick News", and Sasha Latypova is "Due Diligence and Art" here on Substack. For those not yet familiar with Katherine and Sasha, I'd start with Katherine's page, and start at the "orientation for new readers", wich I believe she posts a link to on each of her posts.

This is a claims process within the VA, not a lawsuit, as I understand it.
