I appreciate your work, Charles! I don't know the extent of what you've documented re: remdesivir but I know it's important information. I follow this topic because my 44 year old son was murdered by the hospital protocol and I want to follow the gathering storm.

Right now it feels as though the system has cloaked itself in liability protection by labeling pandemic measures a "military countermeasure" (Sasha Latypova's substack). Seems like courts take a look at that aspect and automatically dismiss any case because the plantiff has no standing in a civil/criminal court. I'm no lawyer so I may have this wrong.

I think once the first case succeeds, others are bound to follow. Unique cases like the murder of Scott Schara's daughter may be the first to succeed and will be going to trial as far as I can tell. Scott's daughter was murdered by narcotics and other sedatives and his case is based on malpractice and and illegal DNR.

Right now I have my son's medical record in a box (took 3 reams of paper to print) waiting for the right time to use it.

Rea, this is very similar to what they did to my father. The stories are almost all the same. The hospital protocols kills website tells you the stories and they are almost identical stories. My father died a horrible death alone. Pleaded for us to get him out when they did allow my sister a phone call to him. I was panicking and needed a moment to figure out what to do and by that evening they ventilated him without our permission. Him and I made a pact of NO ventilator. They starved him, they tied his hands to the bed, they turned up his oxygen and they killed him. The story is much more detailed. I have nightmares and pray for his soul and forgiveness for sending him there, for not getting him out asap etc.

My husband died August 26, 2021 of several things listed including covid 19 pneumonia. He was given remdesivir and put on a ventilator and his heart stopped. I was not allowed to see him.

Please read my comment I just posted here. I am truly so sorry for your loss. The same with my sister and niece., her daughter. Absolutely horrific! I have to believe that all these evil doers will get theirs one day. I pray so... 🙏

George Webb went to the Atlanta Murder Ball put on by Steve Kirsch and Bob Malone to match "vaccine injured" with attorneys in March. He had been issued a press pass.

Upon arriving with the express purpose of asking Robert Malone questions about DTRA, DOMANE, a computational biology "supercomputer" program which Malone proudly listed his involvement on on his CV.

DTRA's DOMANE program somehow managed to spit out Remdesivir.

Malone, meanwhile was off to the races testing famotidine (Pepcid AC) and Celebrex with the 21m that Northwell hospital and then Al Chem labs were awarded by Robert Kadlec to study.

George Webb was escorted off the premises of the hotel, despite traveling there and having been issued a press pass (by Trevor Fitzgibbons, DNC ).

Webb was accused of being a "stalker" by Malone.

The problem with all of this fight for justice is that there appears to be a secondary layer of protection designed to steer the fire into the fire extinguishers.

There's no doubt that lawyers are "gatekeepers" to a large extent in my opinion. Filing lawsuits yourself is hard. I tried it myself once. They pick apart the most ridiculous details. I'm talking about font sizes, other tedious issues. It's like a game. They know how to play it.

I've said this several times, and nothing has changed my mind. While it probably requires Lawyers to win, the contingency basis for legal services will never provide any real Justice for Remdesivir victims. In order to really challenge the establishment, the victims will need to raise money to pay for legal services as they go. If the lawyers are not fighting hard enough, fire and replace them. The very notion of a negotiated settlement under these circumstances should be appalling.

Thank you for speaking on this. There is a lot of hype about vaccine injured but what about the hospital Covid deaths due to remdesivir and the protocols? Spoke to an attorney and Nothing. Statue of limitations are 2 years in Michigan. My fathers 2 year death anniversary is in two weeks. It burns me inside that nothing can be done. I just pray day and night for justice. Justice for him and all the lives TAKEN. God bless.

I feel your pain. I’m suffering the loss of my sister and her daughter, my niece! Both were hospitalized and put in ICU and that’s where they died alone. No family surrounding them. They pleaded to get ivermectin but was told no every time! And after the first time of their asking Drs & nurses... it got real nasty! Ugly! I honestly believe they were left unattended and died horrible deaths! Died with a soaked bed of urine, denied food & water & left alone to die a horrific death. I believe these things because these things I know! Bastards! I’m to the point in life that the majority of humans are evil & disgust me! We’re surrounded by them!

My heart aches for you. I'd suggest you reach out to a nonprofit that provides legal services, for medical malpractice. Perhaps start by contacting some of the "MFM" nonprofits and ask for attorneys they'd recommend. Visit your state's health department's procurement office website and inquire about the Remdesivir they've ordered and distributed since January 2020 (was it a State contract or was it purchased by individual hospitals OR the state's hospital association?) Contact the hospital where your father was a patient, ask them to provide you with protocol they were following for Covid (ALL iterations). In my last post I have first three protocols as recommended by Federal Government (download them as reference point).

You must have the protocols as it's a starting point. Your father's medical records need to be included in your research.

Start a spreadsheet with all data included, you have to organize info otherwise you'll be overwhelmed very quickly.

I will be highlighting stories of some folks who've been victims of Remdesivir, we must keep this convo at the forefront of this war against humanity.

All of the research is time consuming, you have to pace yourself, it's infuriating to see the deliberate mass killings these monsters have caused. I have to step away sometimes because it makes my blood boil. But we're here to help you, as time and energy permits.

File something yourself, just to "get the ball rolling"! I'm not legal-savy, but I bet there are lots of resources online. You don't have to be a lawyer to start something! Quickly, before the deadline.

I read through Governor Whitmer's Executive Order 2020-122. I think it may be what you are referring to. https://www.michigan.gov/whitmer/news/state-orders-and-directives/2020/06/12/executive-order-2020-122

The Executive Order is based on the "virus" illusion: "Since then, the virus spread across Michigan, bringing deaths in the thousands, confirmed cases in the tens of thousands, and deep disruption to this state’s economy, homes, and educational, civic, social, and religious institutions."

That's not what happened. A virus didn't spread across Michigan killing people. I'm not saying viruses don't exist, but we're talking about here is murder by hospitals, not deaths by virus. So I would say file anything you feel like whenever you want and fight them on that basis if they use the executive order against you.

Excellent.

It is tempting to believe that prophecy plus current events can only go one way, and is accelerating. But I have come to believe that the timeline of prophecy is VERY stretchy. Our efforts are important.
