When it comes to analysis of the events of 9/11, I’m a stickler for breaking analysis of others all the way down to the original information, then working my way back up with my own analysis.
I have not seen any discussion in FBI files that I have reviewed concerning a female that filmed the Dancing Israelis. There was an eyewitness who reported a female present with other apparent Israeli Nationals on the deck of the Doric Towers Apartments parking garage on 9/11. There was also a photograph, seized in a RYDER truck of a woman said to be wearing a cowboy hat with spots like a cow.
The way the Dancing Israelis were identified was a women was watching the 9/11 WTC attack when she noticed the Dancing Israelis. It has been along time so I may be wrong on this part. But I believe that she took photos of them and noted their license plates and company name. She waited until her husband got home from work and he contacted the FBI. That is why a NJ state trooper had a description of their van and stopped the van with the Dancing Israelis in it. What was interesting is what news channels reported on it, if they reported it all, other than one local paper, they referred to the people as Middle Eastern men when it was well known they were Israelis. Trump has referred to them that way I believe when he knows that they were Israelis. I believe I had heard that the original women who reported them took pictures but I could be wrong. I had also heard that the Dancing Israelis took something like 76 pictures but only something like 14 were released and the rest destroyed. You may want to FOIA the State Department because the Israelis were held on immigration charges and I believe ultimately released by the State Department. Sorry if memory is faulty.
"At the time of their arrests, individuals had several cameras and rolls of film in their possession." The FBI developed (3) COPIES OF EACH (76) 8 X 10 BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPHS." Webb said "only 14 were released."
That's what Whitney said but she made no reference to any government document. "The FOIA release of the photos is notable because responses to prior FOIA requests to the Department of Justice, which oversees the FBI, had previously claimed that all of the photos taken by the Israeli nationals had been destroyed in January 2014." I'd like to see the original FOIA Request and the correspondence.

Also all the pictures were destroyed with the ones you’ve been looking at released only in the heavily redacted form
