Medical CEO presents evidence that an MD in Beaumont, Texas committed Capital Murder with Remdesivir.
On March 11, 2023, Texas Lindsay interviewed Keilah Bee McDonald, a CEO at a medical facility in Texas that specialized in mental health and Hospice.

McDonald reported that a yet-unidentified MD at a Baptist hospital in Beaumont, Texas, proceeded to give multiple doses of Remdesivir to Jeffrey Mullins despite McDonald’s explicit warning to the MD that Mullins was a dialysis patient and could not be expected to survive the administration of Remdesivir.
The unidentified MD in Beaumont acknowledged the warning of McDonald; said that he was already aware of Mullins dialysis status; said that he was already administering a second dose of Remdesivir regardless of the warning; said that he did not need anyone's consent to administer Remdesivir because he was authorized to administer Remdesivir under an Emergency Use Authorization for Remdesivir. The unidentified MD went on to administer a total of 10 doses of Remdesivir to Mullins after being warned that Remdesivir would cause Mullin's death, after acknowledging the warning of certainty of death by another medical professional, and knowingly caused Mullin's death.
Some excerpts of the interview:
Keilah Bee McDonald (Beginning at 10:29 time mark).
KBM: The doctor called me to get his past medical history and his medication list. The doctor must have been looking at their computer system or something because we, at the same time that I said, Jeff has a history of being on dialysis, he was in ICU, the doctor said "yes, I'm looking at that now." And I said "OK, so you understand that he cannot be given Remdesivir. And he said, "Oh, well he's already on his second dose." And I just, honestly got very unprofessional, lost all cool and screamed "you just killed him." And he said "I don't have to have your permission. I don't have to have his permission. And I do not have to have the family's permission. That it is under the Emergency Use Authorization and that we do not have to have informed consent. And I said "you just killed him." And a month later, after his discharge, he was dead.
Lindsay: How many more doses did that doctor continue to give him?
KBM: He ended up with 10 altogether.
Lindsay: 10 doses of Remdesivir?
KBM: Yes.
Lindsay: Unbelievable.
Sphynx: And 8 of those were after you had this conversation with him?
KBM: Correct. Correct. The doctor put me in my place. Told me I had no say so.
It is my opinion that if the facts alleged by McDonald are accurate, that the unidentified MD in a Beaumont has committed Capital Murder under the Statutes of Texas.
Let's look at the Penal Code of the State of Texas governing Criminal Homicide - Chapter 19.
There are 4 classes of Criminal Homicide in Texas: Murder, Capital Murder, Manslaughter, and Criminally Negligent Homicide.
Section 19.02 (b) (1) of the Texas Penal Code qualifies Murder as: "if he intentionally or knowingly causes the death of an individual."
The charge of Murder can be raised to Capital Murder under certain circumstances.
Section 19.03 (3) says: "A person commits an offense (Capital Murder) if the person commits murder as defined under Section 19.02 (b)(1) and: (3) the person commits the murder for remuneration or the promise of remuneration or employs another to commit the murder for remuneration or the promise of remuneration;"
There are numerous reports that hospitals are paid large amounts of money by the Federal Government to administer Remdesivir. The facts regarding payments made to the Baptist hospital and the Defendants role in the compensation need to be substantiated and investigated further. The unidentified MD administered 10 shots of Remdesivir to Mullins.
Status of Jeffrey Mullins Case: No criminal charges have yet been filed in the United States for murder by Remdesivir protocols. The case of Jeffrey Mullins may be included in a class action lawsuit led by Warner Mendenhall, according to other details provided in the referenced March 11 interview.
It is my opinion that lawsuits are a good tool to collect information, but they are insufficient to bring Criminal Justice. I would like to see the information collected in Remdesivir lawsuits provided to State Attorney Generals.
Texas leads the United States in executions, followed by Missouri, Oklahoma, Florida, Arizona, and Alabama.
Before I end, there is an interesting question that Prosecutors are faced with in the Criminal Justice system of the United States. I will present it to you, because I would like to know your opinion.
Upon conviction of the Beaumont MD on Capital Murder charges, would you be willing to commute the Death Sentence of the Defendant to Life Imprisonment, if the Defendant would provide sufficient evidence to charge, try, convict, and sentence to death two or more Remdesivir protocol murderers in the State of Texas?
Charles Wright
So Trump signs the care plan, which incentivized hospitals to push the death drug.
Hospital admins threaten their docs to follow protocol or lose their job and license. Said Dr. admins protocol. And now will get murder charge and jail or death penalty. Did I sum this up correctly? Make no mistake that Dr, needs to lose his license. But how about we target the source of the problem and not the symptom? The DOD is behind this. The Fed is behind this. DARPA is behind this. Pharma is behind this. But sure it’s easier to go after the little guy.

This goes on, across America in all states.
