Why was there an 8-hour stand-down by Israel before the IDF responded to the Hamas attack? Hamas attacks, 8 hours grind by, THEN Israel responds with lethal force. It takes about 7 minutes to get a cold Blackhawk wheels up with a 5 man crew.......this does not make sense apart from Israel baiting Hamas into the attack.
Looks like a family squabble here! Two half-brothers, ie. Isaac and Ishmael going at it hard. If that is the case then all the blood and butchery from both sides actually makes sense.
I started a minute by minute timeline. It was a large event and I still have a lot of questions and things to research, but it's clear enough that the IDF had foreknowledge of the impending crisis, then intentionally waited many hours so that Hamas could establish themselves in large numbers in Israel before they bombed everyone- Hamas and Israeli citizens included.
