Compartmentalization is a hallmark of intelligence agencies. Agents are given instructions on a “need to know” basis which they must obey without question, or suffer consequences. Often these agents are given a palatable rationale for their actions which does not challenge what morals they may have.
In the case of the COVID Plandemic, I believe that many low level agents, politicians, goverment employees and the like were under the impression that they were involved in the usual pharma plot to create profits for themselves and the pharmaceutical industry by creating a false disease, in this case another version of Influenza. Scientists who were well-versed in the scam of modern virology would have known it instantly.
Of course this is theory. I am open about what is theory and what is fact. Motives are theory-based usually, because it’s not like they’re going to confess and tell you.
It seems pretty clear though that the Infrastructure for the Plandemic was set up to a large extent for Influenza, based on the Crimson Contagion exercise and the subsequent Executive Order of President Trump. Michael Callahan was in China as part of a longstanding Influenza collaboration with unidentifed Chinese colleagues. Michael Callahan was also given weaponized Influenza by his friends in the former Soviet Union according to Brendan Borrell. Influenza “pandemics” have frequently originated in China, as former Director of CIA and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said.
President Trump still says that he is a Hero worthy of praise. He perhaps believed that the impression of saving the World from a Virus would gain him re-election.
All it took to redirect the Plandemic to a “Novel Coronavirus” was coordination at the Global level between China and the United States of what sequence would be uploaded to GenBank. The methods used to create the coronavirus sequence could have been used to create pretty much anything.
As described by Dr. Mark Bailey and Steve Falconer in Farewell to Virology 2, the materials used to create the virus sequence came from material in the patient’s lungs. This sample could have included bacteria, human material, pollen, or anything else, including a potential bioweapon that could have been administered in Wuhan in order to create pneumonia and start a Plandemic.
But the methods use to create the sequence could create anything the computer programs were programmed to assemble, not necessarily what was released or “leaked” in Wuhan. There’s just no way to tell what happened in Wuhan based on the genetic sequence that was uploaded. It means nothing. No conclusions can be drawn from the sequence.
The methods used to create the coronavirus sequence are not based on identifying the genetic sequence of isolated particles described as “viruses.” In fact, that has never been done. The methods that have been used to create “virus” sequences are to first break multiple unidentified materials down into tiny components, then reassemble them into a predetermined template that creates the closest match to whatever the computer is asked to match- in this case a “coronavirus.”
If that confuses you at all, first watch the video, then understand the analogy they made with Legos. You can break things down into fine components then rebuild them into anything you want that looks sort of like what you set out to build.
Farewell to Virology 2 doesn’t prove that viruses exist or do no not exist. The authors have proposed scientific tests to determine the truth. What it does prove is that the current methods used to create “virus” sequences have absolutely no scientific validity. The “SARS-CoV-2” sequence is meaningless, assembled from random unidentified substances. Nevertheless, if the sequence contains a deadly toxin such as a “spike protein,” deadly “countermeasures” can be created using the same toxin under the theory of “inoculation.” In this case of COVID vaccines, you are not inoculating yourself against a toxin, you are simply administering the very toxin you would not have acquired otherwise.
All that was necessary for China to redirect the Influenza Pandemic into a Novel Coronavirus Pandemic was to upload a Novel Coronavirus sequence to Genbank. It was that simple. The United States made no effort to confirm the sequence.
The Infrastrucuture to suspencd the Constitution of the United States and all regulations governing pharmaceutical products was already in place before the alleged “lab leak.” The “Novel Coronavirus” sequence triggered the most deadly Countermeasure in the arsenal of the United States, previouslly reserved for mass murder programs in Africa, Remdesivir, along with a host of other deadly “Countermeasures.” In one the worst examples of human nature in History, reminescent of the Holocaust in Germany, Doctors and Hospitals routinely practiced “medicine” that they damn well knew was killing patients, while receiving payments from the government for their methods, and even every death certificate that they could falsify with the world “COVID” on it.
The rest is some open source information in the early phases of what I believe was a “redirect” of the Plandemic from Influenza to a Novel Coronavirus.

Crimson Contagion was a joint exercise conducted from January to August 2019, in which numerous national, state and local, private and public organizations in the US participated, in order to test the capacity of the federal government and twelve states to respond to a severe pandemic of influenza originating in China.
The simulation, which was conducted by the Department of Health and Human Services in a series of exercises that ran from January to August 2019, involved a scenario in which a group of about 30 tourists returning from China spread a novel influenza A respiratory virus in the United States, beginning in Chicago. In less than two months the virus had spread from a single index case (a 52-year-old man returning to Chicago) to infect 110 million Americans; 7.7 million patients would require hospitalization, and 586,000 people would die from the novel virus. The 70-page report issued at the conclusion of the exercise outlined the government's limited capacity to respond to a pandemic. States experienced "multiple challenges" requesting resources from the federal government "due to a lack of standardized, well-understood, and properly executed resource request processes," the report said. Federal agencies lacked the funds, coordination, and capacities to implement an effective response to the virus.[1][2][3]

This Crimson Contagion event ultimately culminated with President Trump signing an executive order on September 19th, 2019, to produce new influenza vaccines in conjunction with the same groups involved in OWS, “to advance the development of new, broadly protective vaccine candidates that provide more effective and longer lasting immunities; and to support the promotion of increased influenza vaccine immunization across recommended populations,” the executive order reads.

According to information conveyed to WHO by Chinese authorities on 11 and 12 January, 41 cases with novel coronavirus infection have been preliminarily diagnosed in Wuhan City. Of the 41 cases reported, seven are severely ill. This is when the one death, mentioned above, was reported, in a patient with other underlying health conditions. Six patients have been discharged from hospital. Symptom onset of the 41 confirmed nCoV cases ranges from 8 December 2019 to 2 January 2020. No additional cases have been detected since 3 January 2020.
The clinical signs and symptoms reported are mainly fever, with a few cases having difficulty in breathing, and chest radiographs showing invasive pneumonic infiltrates in both lungs. National authorities report that patients have been isolated and are receiving treatment in Wuhan medical institutions.
According to the preliminary epidemiological investigation, most cases worked at or were handlers and frequent visitors to the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market. The government reports that there is no clear evidence that the virus passes easily from person to person.

January 10, 2020. Stat News. (Stat News falsely reported that Chinese scientists had isolated a virus, but correctly reported the date that the mythical sequence was published, and that the vaccines were created against this sequence which only existed in silico- computer code).
After isolating the virus from patients, Chinese scientists on Jan. 10 posted online its genetic sequence. Because companies that work with messenger RNA don’t need the virus itself to create a vaccine, just a computer that tells scientists what chemicals to put together and in what order, researchers at Moderna, BioNTech, and other companies got to work.
